Kayaking the Harpeth Narrows 5 mile loop

This video takes us on a '3 hour tour' kayaking Narrows of Harpeth , using a self-put-in/take-out [5 mile loop] at Harpeth River State Park. Following these instructions one person can drive to the launch point, drop off a kayak, drive to park at the pick-up point, and hike back to the put-in spot. Very beautiful and peaceful excursion of the Harpeth River.

The trail you are taking to get back to the put in is that the Narrows of the Harpeth trail? Also, do you know what a good flow rate/water level would be for this section? It looked pretty perfect when you did it
