My wife has officially had enough of me calling her over to watch the funny parts in these videos.
Wait, this video had something funny? 😅
Same
Been loving this series! Thank you all!
Thanks for all the help Webflow!
This is literally funny as. Love it team webflow keep these engaging videos.
Cool to see you are highlighting GA4. Y'all should consider a direct GTM solution to implement GA4. GA4 depends on GTM to be used properly. You all have a manual solution for GTM in a previous video.
Amazing work
Amazing 👏
awesome tutorial. one questions though: how can I exclude the visit data from my own devices? thank you!
Can we add facebook pixel ecommerce tracking to the webflow pages with a compatible way
Are you going to implement an easy-to-drop-in Google Tag Manager ID section?
Epic
Is there a option to auto index and instant indexing? (Like for example Rank Math has?)
The speed at which your site is indexed is all handled on Google and other search engines side. We do not control the search bots and can only give tips on how to best prepare your site for whenever a search bot crawls it.
When you verify a site, is it possible to transfer the ownership of that domain to someone else? I am setting this all up for my client so when I go to verify it connects to my gmail. Can I give ownership to him after I verify everything?
It's best to let your client verify ownership under their own gmail account. You cannot transfer ownership.
@@Webflow I actually figured out a way! You verify, add them as an owner of the Domain Property then delete that Domain from your Google Search Console properties.
Does this mean I don't need to add the gtag.js script below the tag in each of my pages?
I think I do need to do this
@@tedmk107 Is it necessary?
And What about to add GOOGLE ADSENSE ?
Using the g-tag "G-______" for the analytics on Webflow caused an additional 4s pageload time and a Google PageSpeed Error last week. Are you 100% sure a G-tag can be used at the moment? I know the "UA-_____" one is flawless.
Thanks for the question, Jeremy - we're looking into it and will reply as soon as we've been able to investigate this!
@@Webflow Thank you :) I'll edit the main comment if you can confirm it works in that section. It's funny I just saw the title in my subs and was like - I just tried this on the weekend and the specific tag caused a ton of errors and I had to link to the main one.
Definitely, thank you,@@jeremyjenson8249 ! Thanks for bringing this up! Yes, after some additional testing and comparing - we can confirm that using Google Analytics 4 (the G-tag) will have similar page load times as the UA-tag. Which is great news. With that said, you may have experienced the load delay that occurs if Google Optimize is added in your Tag Manager. From what we've investigated, the impact on a website’s page speed starts when we add additional items to the container. Great question, and hopefully this is helpful.
fun fact: "antepenultimate" is the correct name for third-to-last :)
Easy like phone for an pizza.
Is this the end of Webflow as we know it? No landmark features have been introduced for the past 2 years. Responsive table? No. Support for front-end design builder for PWA(React js/Vue, et al)? No. This is bad. Reminds of Adobe all over again.
Hi, Bosun! Not at all. Some of these landmark features take extraordinary amounts of time and effort to build out. Our teams are fully focused and in development on some of the most-requested and highest-impact features that meet or exceed "landmark" status. Thank you for your patience - we're 100% committed to delivering this work as soon as humanly possible. 💙
