I'm 53 I'll be 54 December 12th I live through it but what I remember most about their concert it was toward the end was how sad maybe frenetic is the right word like he loved us and hated tricking us put the song was like a lollipop that we've had all fucking day so we didn't quit and ask questions. Anybody in the music or Hollywood industry let's just say Fame they're just Confections made up for the elite to eat in the rest of us to starve
This is all because a greedy producer who found his own way to making hits. After watching the documentary they could sing if they really had the chance and spent time making a record. That German producer was just so full of himself.

I know. I just watched the doc, and then I had to do something for the feature film for work, and both were sad. I was also thinking how funny with autotune now and AI coming. People will look back at this and think nothing about it.

They really got done dirty, especially considering all the pop acts of today are fake as fuck. They were ahead of the curve and got burned for it.
A bit? They were completely exploited. They may not have been the best singers in the world but they could sing and they danced and performed well so they are intrinsically connected to the music imo. Very sad what happened to them. RIP Rob.
