Oh goodness that smells good just thinking about it. Thank you. I'm going to try this. I was already planning to trubthe slow cooker method of rendering anyway and this looks like a fabulous way to flavor or aromatize the tallow. Thanknyou so much for sharing this.

well done my man. i noticed with tallow that's already rendered, infusing is a lot harder. at least it seems more prone to burning. idk. any chance you'd make a video like this, but with tallow to start instead of starting with suet? those fat trimmings looked amazing btw
