Do you know what the rules are right now, for EU people - for example working and renting a flat? Are special permits needed, like in Britain?

Hi, at this moment I think yes, it might be my final destination 😀 but you never know... To be honest there is still not clear what the agreement will be between EU and Gibraltar, they still negotiating. But the old rules have not changed for EU people at this moment, should be the same yes, you need to have a job and rent/own the flat.

I can't hear what language most people are speaking on the street! Is it mainly English or mainly Spanish?

Locals speak both languages, but prefer Spanish, in shops and restaurants mostly Spanish people work, but you will always find some staff would speak English, some Spanish.
