I get the thinking behind this but I think these new brawlers more just normalize certain brawler aspects, like how buzze's circle thing gets passed around and more people getting pets/mech's. Also brawlstars said that they wont make anymore super rare/rare brawlers cause they might overwhelm new players, but your right about the the early accesses, it just benefits a small 1 percent of players while the 99 percent suffer. Also I really agree with supercell slowing down, it lets them improve the game and let players build up, but new brawlers really does bring more players active, 2 months may be to much but idk
The funny part is that by releasing higher rarity brawlers it makes the situation worse because it is preventing new players from ever maxing out their account😬
To be honest, there are too many brawlers in the game already, especially from the perspective of a new players. One of the easiest ways to fix this is to just release less brawlers (for example, from 11-12 per year to 7-8 per year). The other decision I would also consider is to stop releasing new brawlers completely at some point(for example, after reaching 99 brawlers, which is 33 trios) and focus on the other improvemts. New rarity idea is also a decent concept, since there are too many epics and mythics right now.
Yeah! If they add one new brawler every brawl talk (update) that equals to 6 new brawlers a year, which is perfect imo. I was unsure about the new rarity idea at first but now it makes more sense to have in the game

2:35 i feel like its a better idea to just buff progression again, they havent buffed it significantly since they added hypercharges and 5k gold for ONE hypercharge is just mad, this will benefit the newer players who will be able to catch up quicker and the og players who have a maxed out account who want to play with a new brawler, though you do make a good point by saying slowing down releases will let the devs focus on mega pig and ranked which got stale and boring very quickly
Yes! I agree. They also need to buff progression and reduce costs. I personally don't mind 5k for hypercharge cause they are more of an end game content and are very strong abilities. They need to stop making so many brawlers and work on buffing mega pig and reworking ranked
Yes, 2 new brawlers (almost) monthly is too much, especially that they are high rarity ones. Except L&L all of them have been mythic or legendary and overpowered on the pre (payed) release. This monthly release most likely doesn't give them enough time, and they reuse other brawlers gimmicks. Also i think without paying if you add up a mythic and a legendary brawlers price in credits, that is 5700, which is a lot to grind in a month. They should do something about this, brawl stars is a good game, but worsening it's quality to pump out more brawlers is not the right way to keep it alive.
No I disagree as an OG player. While you are right, OG and P2W players might find brawl stars boring and popularity may decrease, also, revenue will be cut. Since some people think brawl stars is P2W, brawl stars still generates less than payday, so ,it is not worth the revenue cut
I agree with your points, how much the game went from, developers started losing orignial concepts for brawlers.. Lily for me is just Fang copy, Even though her super is different from Fang, but it's so Gray. Draco is just Meg expect he dies unlike Meg who gets off her Mecha. Not only that but Brawlers menu needs an overhaul to me. The amount of Brawlers we have right now is absurd for the menu and sometimes it takes more time to scroll for a Brawler you want to use.. Yes, there are categories but I still think it's not enough. For that I would like huge improvements to the menu like, scroll bar, adjusting brawler icons(small, medium, huge, for example small will make you show up 6 brawlers, while medium or huge even more brawlers, but to make it suitable so they aren't too small), categories improvement (You can select brawlers in rarities, trophies, mastery etc, and show only option), I think I could add more but this personally enough for the menu. They should release less brawlers and focus on the game more so people who make concepts will have more ideas to do so and F2P players will keep up with that absurd count of brawlers.. Additional stuff I would add is new rarities because there's too much brawlers in epic and mythic and that way maybe we could sepreate some, and importantly MORE PROGRESSION!!! (I miss when you could buy brawl pass with gems 😞)
Your last point was what pissed me off when i got back at the game after not playing it from 2022. I still have like 130+ gems saved up, and only cause i thought i could reach enough to buy the brawlpass. But now, greed seems like it's slowly overtaking with the brawl plus and early access.
I make Lily and Draco their rarities: Lily - over time, charges the scale from which the next attack becomes further. Draco - using super, he makes a high jump over obstacles and sets enemies on fire under him also need to change the "uppercut" gadget - the next attack completely discharges super offended opponents

If brawl stars realise goofy brawlers like skinny Johny with really high speed and 6500hp and the brawler will have 2 gadgets witch are mr tank witch makes him a little slower but his hip is 7000 and death trap witch makes the brawler lose half of there hp if they were luck to hit 2 mine’s
But they are making updates regularly and it is still fun to play yes maybe its look like duplicate but still it is hard to maintain a game and evertine making a brawler with totally new concepts is hard
Yes! And that's why I'm saying the devs need to put less pressure on themselves to come up with 2 new concepts every season and just release one. They can also focus on other parts of the game in that case

The thing i hate is the rarity of the brawlers its soooo hard to unlock every mythic/legendary. I started in december and almost i have every epic but just 3 legendarys and 4 mythics
Heavy on most stuff here. If they'll keep releasing new brawlers, they should add lower rarity brawlers. Epic at best. The last rare brawler we got was Rosa, and that was back in 2019. Sure, it'll be practically a free brawler considering how easy it is to unlock rare brawlers with credits, but at least you won't spend ages grinding for 3800 or 1900 credits to unlock a character. I've been playing since global release, and I've unlocked all the characters about two/three weeks ago since I'm a f2p player, and now they're releasing a LEGENDARY 😭🙏
About the two brawlers especially draco,i thing that the dragon instead of split fire he should attach his tongue on the enemy and then brought it on us just like gene, and lily instead of teleport she should throw 3 daggers that can slow,reduce damage,faint and poison every 2 seconds the enemy and the damage should be 2900,i think that isn't supercell fault if they don't have ideas,if you think about it everything looks similar, there's nothing unique about it even in the real world,

Hot take, but 🤓 umm actually, you can get every single new brawler if you get until end of season brawlpass(even the free one), you might need some stardroo luck, but up to mythic is possible in 1 season(1 month) Edit: the new player will be overwhelmed with this system, but I had actually a mini that can progress up to 1.5 epics brawler, idc about that acc, since that my pika acc. But average casual player will be a lot of pressure, I agree with you. IMO tho, ppl who have 50+ brawler might can eventually catch up all the brawler, the rest of them are f.

My idea is the same of yours, so, they will send big update, like 8 hyper(for compesating the brawler introduction) make hyper less p2w (4k) in 2 update(not season) they will reasile 2 brawler, in the 1st update would be rare/super rare,, in the 2nd is epic+. Firstly I have played the game since 2019 and I have all the brawlers in the game. In fact I'm solar fame. I don't have any issues with credits. What makes you think the devs would add level 12 just because they release one less brawler per update? That doesn't make much sense tbh.

Yeah, Kairos did get a lot of progress in just one year. But remember, he had to grind every singe day and maximise everything possible. Casuals won't be able to. CR devs are way more greedy than the BS team, so let's not compare them. Brawl Stars def won't get level 12 anytime soon. And if they do, the game will go on a steady decline. Lily and Draco while unique are still a combination of different brawler mechanics. They don't feel as unique as older brawlers. Draco has the same projectiles as Amber and the same concept as Meg. Lily can summon the shadow realm, same as Cordelius. And her teleport mechanic is a copy of Fang and Buzz's and Gray's

I am just warning people cause the devs actually care what people on reddit say(cough star drops) so we have to be careful with what we wish; cause even if the suits at brawl stars arent as greedy ; quite the contrary are probably the most generous people(this update alone we are getting 1 mythic and 1 legendary skin for free; i know it is better than a legendary skin but i have no clue how much hypercharge skins cost); but they might have to do it cause they are a company. Now considering that they were ok with the moderate profit they had for 5 years before hitting big with the new passes they might not add level 12; but those credits and gold have to go somewhere.
The whole point of reducing brawler releases is to make the game more f2p friendly and less oversaturated and overwhelming for new players. So level 12 will do the opposite to that. On the contrary, reducing the cadence may even increase Supercell's revenue since more players will continue playing and those who spend will be more willing to buy the early access every 2 months rather than every single month. It's a win win for everybody.

Lilly has probably the most unique gameplay out of all the assasins and plays extrenely differently from fang or grey. And draco is also a brawler pros liked his concept for. So please stop spreading this message just cause you lack credits; you will ger enough eventually
Firstly I have played the game since 2019 and I have all the brawlers in the game. In fact I'm solar fame. I don't have any issues with credits.
What makes you think the devs would add level 12 just because they release one less brawler per update? That doesn't make much sense tbh.
@@hazbrawls clash royale added level 14 when they slowed down card releases(2022 only had 5 cards). Also i asummed that you dont have all brawlers cause everyone who think that is doesn't and complains about the credit costs; but people will catch up eventually .kairos in a single year got 66/78 brawlers as a ftp so the system is gemerous in credits
Yeah, Kairos did get a lot of progress in just one year. But remember, he had to grind every singe day and maximise everything possible. Casuals won't be able to.
CR devs are way more greedy than the BS team, so let's not compare them. Brawl Stars def won't get level 12 anytime soon. And if they do, the game will go on a steady decline.
Lily and Draco while unique are still a combination of different brawler mechanics. They don't feel as unique as older brawlers. Draco has the same projectiles as Amber and the same concept as Meg. Lily can summon the shadow realm, same as Cordelius. And her teleport mechanic is a copy of Fang and Buzz's and Gray's
@@hazbrawls i get that; but you have to keep in mind that we are risking level 12 here. While Frank said it will probably not happen; the slowing of released brawlers might cause the need of it. I am just warning people cause the devs actually care what people on reddit say(cough star drops) so we have to be careful with what we wish; cause even if the suits at brawl stars arent as greedy ; quite the contrary are probably the most generous people(this update alone we are getting 1 mythic and 1 legendary skin for free; i know it is better than a legendary skin but i have no clue how much hypercharge skins cost); but they might have to do it cause they are a company. Now considering that they were ok with the moderate profit they had for 5 years before hitting big with the new passes they might not add level 12; but those credits and gold have to go somewhere.
The whole point of reducing brawler releases is to make the game more f2p friendly and less oversaturated and overwhelming for new players. So level 12 will do the opposite to that. On the contrary, reducing the cadence may even increase Supercell's revenue since more players will continue playing and those who spend will be more willing to buy the early access every 2 months rather than every single month.
It's a win win for everybody.
