Love Greece too. Stayed at Alikanas on Zante when our children were small and really loved it. Then we discovered Kos and have been going there for past 20 years. The clothes were all items that I would wear except perhaps the green dress but only because my legs aren’t as nice as yours. Can’t beat linen when you’re in a hot country. X

Hi Maria I just love those shorts and top on you. Am too old for shorts now but would wear them in a trousers or a skirt. I just love that blue t shirt Will look for a khaki or rust one as I have one that colour in cotton which is cool in hot weather. That vest top would look nice with a pr of green chinos or capris. I have a linen dress in that colour blue and I just love it. It was reduced from £88 down to £44 in next. Am trying to camouflage my tummy as I have had abdominal surgery in the past. Navy linen would look nice also with the blue top. The green dress is a winner like all the others. It’s a shame that you didn’t have the green trousers suitable. I have got new this yr as most of mine are about 7 yrs old so this current haul will last me about the same. I fell in the bathroom last week and got 3 fractured ribs so cannot do much. So…..counting down the weeks to your holiday in Greece. We are off to Crete in June for a couple of weeks. Same place as the last few years. When you find that perfect place it is wonderful! We are fortunate as going to Majorca in a couple of weeks for a warm up…we hope! So fed up of the rain…isn’t everyone?xx Liz

Really like the blue shirt with the white it's gorgeous but I won't wear trousers with front darts in as, I feel it emphasizes my bigger tummy .. Like the shirt dress too .. All good for your holidays .. I've already been to Gran Canaria for a month this year & we have several little breaks booked here at home to look forward too..
Gorgeous items, ideal for summer. I love that blue in both the shirt and the t-shirt. I have issues with the length of M&S trousers. I’m 5’3 and used to be a regular. Regular can now be far too long for me.
I have short legs, M&S short length was perfect, until they got longer! I did ask in the shop, it seems that about 2 inches were added to all sizes🤦♀️

It’s a real Mediterranean colour that blue isn’t it Maria, it really suited you and will be ideal for your hols. The only thing I wasn’t that keen on was that green dress but loved everything else. With elasticated waist items I always have to size down too they also looked great so just get a smaller size, you don’t want to put your hands in your pockets and find the trousers around your ankles do you ? 😂. Xx
I like the shorts,linen pants,if you can size down,the whole look with the blue shirt/jacket,I immediately thought how Greek of you.I liked the leaf sleeveless top,fits well.that dress does nothing for you wrong color on you,and I just don’t like the fit,the way it hangs is all wrong.I hope you can get the green pants in the right size,those strong colors suit you.
Hi Maria. Great haul. I am not sure why M&S seem to get their trouser lengths and sizes so wrong at the moment. There seems to be no consistency between products and they no longer cater much for shorter customers (I’m 5 foot). When I was trying on in store a few months back the shop assistant said I would only be able to buy my length in a few styles on line. Take care x
Are the white linen trousers supposed to be beach cover ups? Just wondering as if so that could be the reason for the over generous sizing. I wear white trousers and crops most of the summer - I always buy crops in linen but trousers in more substantial fabrics for cooler days. Then I just rotate my large selection of tops in all colours with them!
Morning maria, new subscriber i whatch Tina she did mention you so i popped over to see your content,iv got to say i really like m&s clothes you looked good in all the things you pick up but you are right about the linen trousers you do need to size down,the green dress seemed to lift at the back when you walked do no if it was because you did not have the button fastened or that the bottom is uneven hope you don't mind me saying.we are going to Cyprus first week in July 😊

Those green trousers I have in beige. Ideal for summer. Loved the shorts and top plus blue top. We are off on a cruise next month. Nowhere hot tho. Going to scandanavia for 2 weeks
