Still can't believe people in canada consider 30°c to be hot,not judging but here the weather in summer can go up to 45°c.
that’s so hot omg how do you guys get through the heat? i find 30°c hot since we have a relatively short summer and i’m more used to the cold here haha

Here it sometimes even touches 49°c
That’s about 86f still hot in the US and other countries
Here in Portugal summers can also go up to the 40s C. That doesnt mean 30 C isnt already hot bc it is lol thats like saying 5 C isnt cold bc in some countries winter can go down to -10

aa im glad! i actually get demotivated/distracted really easily and end up procrastinating often so i’m trying to work on staying motivated too! i try to start off telling myself “let’s just take notes on this one paragraph” and work in small steps. i’m not too sure if that made sense but i can make a video on that soon! 🫶

what time do you go to the gym? i'm also an engineering major so I'm trying to make a schedule to set aside for myself beneath all the studying.
i don’t have a set schedule since my workload fluctuates depending on the day/week, but i try to go before dinner (around 6-8pm) whenever i can! i motivate myself by telling myself that it’s better to go even 1 day a week than none :)
Seeing these vlogs i wanna go to canada 😢 to study and have fun alone here my classmates are so annoying

thank you! i have the xps13 which i have been using for around 4-5 years now, though i would recommend the xps15 instead since my laptop is currently struggling to run a lot of larger programs (cadding, simulation programs, etc). ultimately it depends on what you’ll be using it for!

yup! i worked 40+ hours a week doing various jobs in the summer to save up for my living expenses in the school year. during the school year (currently) i work 2 part time jobs to pay off my bills and expenses

no worries it’s not rude at all! i live with roommates but it’s very similar to living alone (since i cook, clean, etc) but it’s nicer since it’s less isolated so i don’t get lonely :)

i agree 😭 all the videos online seem to only cover the basic concepts and don’t do complex analysis so i’m looking too! i usually just read textbooks or go through lecture notes and examples 😔
