- We all know AIRFLARE is one of the most difficult powermoves to learn. You gotta be dedicated for this one. First thing you should know, you should be SUPER comfortable in handstand and understand some swing in your legs.

Go slowly through all the steps and don't rush the practice. You have to think about lots of little details in milliseconds, so give your mind some time to think.

Too much newby practicing airflare focus on strength but ignore the movement. Thx for your tutorial.
