I mean Larry was the one who kept flammable materials near an outlet that was being reworked, that was an accident waiting to happen.
The office was under renovation. The improperly stored chemicals and uncovered socket are the fault of a lousy contractor, not Larry.

We lost our house in 2019. Fire department is less than 2kms away and it took over forty minutes. Seven trucks arrived, all too late. Disaster. They let the fire burn down the entire house and just saved the opposing houses. Disgrace
My house burned down in 2006. The closest fire department was a quarter mile away and was the last of 4 to get there
