talk, Reynold Poernomo gives us an insight into the way he sees pastry. He
takes us on a tour of the elements of dessert-making and shows how a
dessert is not merely a dish, but a way for the chef to express their
individual creativity.
Reynold Poernomo is a dessert chef at Sydney's KOI Dessert Bar. He rose to
prominence after his long and successful run as a contestant on MasterChef
Australia in 2015.
