Actually she was too late she said that she would give him but she should had given him soon .. he was older that time... Many of sultans took the throne at young age and had no Reagent but they took care of empire.. like her husband Ahmet was 13 years old and Murad literally took the control in his hands at the age of 20 ....
Actually sehzade Bayezid's(son of Ottoman Sultan Ahmed I) mother was Mahfiruz Hatun who was also mother of ottoman Sultan osman ii too,and not Gulbahar Hatun.Inshort, Ottoman sultan Osman ii and sehzade Bayezid were full brothers🇹🇷.

@@kishorek2272 she wasn't banished. By the history, she fought with Kösem by the time, Osman was on the throne. Because Kösem.didn't want Osman to be on throne. Mahfiruze wanted to kill Kösem children and after Osman died, Mahfiruz was banished. Only then.
Safiye Sultan was banished too but she kept her title "Sultan"

Exactly.. even in real life she did this .. like she should had given the charge completely to her son many years before... Murad saw all the disasters and then took this decision even he was too late at the age of 20 .. many sultans took throne at young age , like sultan Murad 2 at the age of 17, Mehmet the fatih at the age of 19, Kosem husband Ahmet at the age of 13 .. but even at 20 Murad had Reagent and it was obvious kosem had no intention to give him full authority even in real life she tried to distance him from state affairs after he became sultan and his friend Musa also said this .. probably because she was afraid for her other sons lives , and there was rebellion everyday at capital... So Murad took charge
You know, she comes off as someone who has dementia when she speaks of the atate being herself, but at the same time, its almost a sense of arrognace considering that IS his mother and HE is the king.

@@user-ob4sq6fi3s he doesn't outrank her, she outranks him. That's not suleimans era. Murad is still young, he had to wait few more years and have a deep convo with valide. He never went to any province, he barely remembers Ahmed and the thinking of a true sultan, meanwhile valide sultan was there
