Hey Nate, you’re gonna love this animatronic idea.
Animatronic idea: Evil Evan. Then animatronic would resemble a young man with black hair partially covering his right eye, wearing winter clothing, and holding a hatchet. When activated, he says one of three creepy phrases, then screams as he lunges forward and swings his axe. The three creepy phrases he says are “I said back off!”, “Go away!”, and “You’ve got five seconds to get out of here. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1!”

It was fun to see you go through the costumes, most spirit stores have the same animatronics out so that gets a bit repetitive after a while. Nice change of pace 👍
