    If they did this as an oem factory edition with a jgr suspension spec, I think you would get a lot of racers buying a Suzuki for 2020.

      I guess if they would add some of this stuff to the stock bike sSuzuki would go up in all the tests of the major outlets which would result in higher sale numbers. The strange thing is that the new Suzukis are almost as expensive as a new CR-F in europe.

    I don’t think a lot of people understand who this product is for. This is not for C, B, or even a lot of A riders. This is for privateers who are looking to stay competitive in the super/motocross scene. It’s expensive, but that’s just what it costs for the performance that these guys need. Some of the tops ends on factory bikes only last 6-7 hours. Any bike I own would need to last at least 150 hours if not more. This product isn’t for me, but there’s a market for it and it’s cool that a factory team is producing this stuff for anyone to buy if they have the cash for it

    • @MotoBuilds
      @MotoBuilds Před 5 lety +2

      3-4k to build a 450 back? Da fuk? I build 4 stroke motors every day
      Re-Build it yourself and get just what you need. The shop i co-own only charges about 1200 for a full rebuild for a 450r/f. You can go get a craigslist bike and run it til it locks, spend 1200-1500 shop or do it yourself for about 650 with a kit or just get a new crank and rod assembly and some new rings for 260. Re-Hone your own cylinders, Get a set of valves and buy a cheap ne-way cutter you can use over and over again for years for valve seats when you replace valves once every few years. This is all easy stuff you can do in your garage. And dont tell me you cant make it happen at those prices because I do it every single day.

    • @MrBenjiPrize
      @MrBenjiPrize Před 4 lety

      4 strokes are not expensive to repair, people just like to replace way to many parts even if they are still good. I just bought a piston kit, all top end head gaskets, and all valve seals for 150$ bucks for a 13 rmz 250

Always two ways to look at it I guess. Motocross was the last of the cheaper motorsports to get into but now you have to have a rich mommy and daddy to get to the top level.

    On a 450 there are ONLY a handful of skilled riders who use or can hold on to the stock bike as it is. No need to spend money on more power....use the money for tires, chain&sprockets,j suspension work etc..... 250..... That might be a different story.... However making them too fast only causes Dubai

    It’s worth it if you’re a privateer racing on the big stage. For the regular joe who spins a few laps then comes in for a smoke break and to chug a beer, this isn’t for you.

  • @HWG-wm8ld
    @HWG-wm8ld Před 4 lety

    This would be the biggest waste of money. Anyone that thinks this will make them a better rider, doesn’t ride enough. A pair of running shoes would be more beneficial. A stock bike with correct suspension settings, fresh tires, clean filters, proper chain adjustment and in great condition matter way more. Need proof? Stewart and Carmichael were still on two strokes while most of the guys were on four strokes that cost more than a land cruiser, outcome...they destroyed them.
    This game is about the rider.
