one issue with the old nexon EV is that the gear shifts are slow. there is always a second delay and sometimes the gear does not change as expected. 3 point turns become a nightmare. Just wanted to know if that issue has been sorted out in this new model

Its the "replace ICE" sentiment I hate.. I think nalloru alternate choice aanu EVs "beside" ICE with its own set of advantages and disadvantages
Personally I think both powertrains compliment each other in a way.. EV refinement levels are great but yk.. ice engine tharunna oru feel.. 🥹❤️ but i try to stay very open minded about both EVs and ICE.. i think that does both of it justice as an enthusiast 😌

I didn't know why people are demanding LED lights. According to me, LED light of opposite vehicles are very irritating while driving. Some cars have very bright brake light , it's very annoying to eyes.
There are poorly designed LEDs which hurt your eyes, but you can’t deny the fact that LEDs are brighter, consume less energy, last longer, have a better light beam and make night driving a lot easier.

I think it would've been better if wallbox was not bundled with the car. It's expensive and someone who has already invested in a home charging setup could save that cost.

How bad are the QC & Service quality of Tata EVs? Tata has a lot of niggles and one ends up being in the service center on a regular basis...
Would be nice if you can do a honest review amongst the numerous Nexon EV owners
Ambient noise in the cabin is too much. Have seen petrol cars much quieter than this.
It’s the camera picking up other noises because there isn’t much background noises

I don’t understand why on full charge it shows 263 kms while TATA claims 400+ mileage. Low mileage is still a problem and the range anxiety will kill the fun.
From our roadtests of the older cars, we expect a realistic range of 250-270km for the medium range and 330-350km for the long range for the new one

The range display most probably depends on the recent consumption. So if it has been driven hard before charging, the displayed range will be low.
