Yes. Deep Purple released a bunch of live albums, but we need some from this line-up
What a majestic track Anya is: Joe satriani’s solo in the Phrygian scale is transcendental, and I love how the organ sound is much more prominent live than on the album; it brings the best out of this riff than the guitar does.

Can anyone tell me where to get this CD-R ?? It sounds great ! Nothing official from Satch's brief stint in Purple was released,as far as I know.

Sorry but, as much as Joe Satriani is one of the best guitar players ever, he just doesn't fit in with Deep Purple at all. A completely different style, it's like listening to two different bands playing at the same time. I saw them live, but didn't like the show that much. A jerk as a person, a Genius on guitar, Ritchie Blackmore is to me the only one who can bring Deep Purple to the heights of Olympus.
