Hello, I have a question for you.
if I wanted to sell my print design to manufacturers who produces clothing, sheets and shoes how do I do that?
If you and numerous others make a business without information or courses, then why would anyone need a course ?
It's really free?????
I used to create my own silver jewelry. Can I email you regarding some questions I have? I will pay you for consultation.
Remember, influencers make money pretending to make money by side hustling when in fact they make money talking to you and youtube views. :)
Yup!
Yeah, was thinking the same. 👏🏼
You're WRONG! You just watched a 15 minutes pitch to her courses and programs, that's where she makes her money...
This whole video was essentially a very clever ad. She didn't teach you HOW to make this money she showed you ways to make money. To get the how you have to buy her course. Which she just vetted by literally showing us her resume and her impressive numbers. Take notes and apply them to your own creative business! :)
Normally I’d agree but she literally just said she only makes 700-1000k a month from YT. Which isn’t a lot. This lady is a hustler!
Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. Financial management is a crucial topic that most tend to shy away from, and ends up haunting them in the near future. Making money is not the same as keeping it there is a reason why investments aren't well taught in schools, the examples you gave are well stationed, the market crisis gave me my first millions, people shy away from hard times, I embrace them.. well at least my advisor does lol.
Investors should be cautious about their exposure and be wary of new buys, especially during inflation. Such high yields in this recession is only possible under the supervision of a professional or trusted advisor.
This is superb! Information, as a noob it gets quite difficult to handle all of this and staying informed is a major cause, how do you go about this are you a pro investor?
I stopped trying to predict market outcomes based on chart studying after 5 years of uncertainty. Not having a mentor caused me 5 years of pain. I learned to follow the market's direction and keep it simple with discipline.
@@LucasBenjamin-hv7sk Could you kindly elaborate on the advisor's background and qualifications?
Finding financial advisors like Sharon Ann Meny who can assist you shape your portfolio would be a very creative option. There will be difficult times ahead, and prudent personal money management will be essential to navigating them.
I like investing in close-end funds that pay monthly dividends. The trick is to hold long term and reinvest the monthly dividends plus buy more shares on a monthly basis or when ever you can afford to. This can be easily done because close-end funds are bought and sold on the stock market just like regular stock. That’d be enough to create a portfolio that would pay you between $50k to $70k in dividend income
Just because there are opportunities in the market doesn’t mean you should go in blindly. To understand the potential factors that contribute to your financial growth, I'll advise you to seek the help of a professional
I completely agree; I am 60 years old, recently retired, and have approximately $1,250,000 in external retirement funds. I am debt free and have very little money in retirement funds compared to the total value of my portfolio over the past three years. To be honest, having a portfolio-advisor for investing is genius!
That does make a lot of sense, unlike us, you seem to have the Market figured out. Who is this consultant?
‘’Marisa Michelle Litwinsky’’ is the licensed advisor I use. Just research the name. You’d find necessary details to work with a correspondence to set up an appointment.
Thank you for watching!
With markets tumbling, inflation soaring, the Fed imposing large interest-rate hike, while treasury yields are rising rapidly-which means more red ink for portfolios this quarter. How can I profit from the current volatile market, I'm still at a crossroads deciding if to liquidate my $125k bond/stocck portfoli0
It’s precisely at times like these that investors need to be on guard against the next certainty. You don’t have to act on every forecast, hence i will suggest you get yourself a financial-advisor that can provide you with entry and exit points on the shares/ETF you focus on.
Right, I've been in constant touch with a fiinancial-analyst since covid . You know these days it's really easy to buy into trending stock`s, but the task is determining when to buy or sell . My advisorr decides entry and exit commands on my portfoliio, I've accrued over $300k from an initially stagnant reserve of $150K.
please may i know your Advisor?

Acting is an art. I can’t believe people think it’s not. I worked in Film & Television in Hollywood for 30 years, my career. More people starve and return home (where ever that is) rather than make a living wage in acting. Kudos to you, with your acting. I’m very impressed with your other business as well and have started to sell some of my art hobby items. I barely make anything but I love it. Like you did, I’m learning as I go. That’s how I learn best. Thanks for the video.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts, and I'm glad you enjoyed the video!
@@CreativeHiveCo uhhh - that was a back handed compliment - they said u were “acting” as in “insincere”…c’mon now! Ur smarter than that female Warren Buffet 😂😂😂
Are you saying those artsy supplies behind her are props?
This person is not an artist, but an amazing business woman. I’m sure she could sell a home made tooth paste recipe
In my country there's a saying that says the best business minded person are themselves an artist. Most artists are naturally a good entrepreneur because of their creativity.
I appreciate the kind words! Thank you.
There are people making millions creating their own homemade toothpaste & selling it. The only limit is your imagination.
Definitely! She's so smart
Have you/ can you do a video on how you manage doing everything? Like how do you balance all of these things so well everyday?
I'll keep that in mind. Stay tuned! 🥰
@@CreativeHiveCo I'd love to see this kind of video too!
Agreed!
I was gonna ask for the same! ❤
And then how you do It with homeschool kids as a single mom too!!!😄
Let's be clear - you use the word 'make' in place of the more correct word 'gross'. The burning question is how much of what you 'make' do you actually get to 'keep'?
My thoughts as well
I get your skepticism but this lady owns multiple businesses. She prob pays rent, taxes, supplies, employee etc. Some of it is tax deductible. Nothing dodgy about any of that. Even if she gets to only keep 1/3 of it - I'd say that's pretty great. I'm familiar with all of this bc I freelance/am self-employed. Also - I don't know anyone who goes around sharing their "gross income". The common language is "I make x amount of dollars" and that's what she is sharing here.
Ok so my mind is blown 🤯 Please make a video on how you manage to do all these things 🙏
Glad you enjoyed the content! I'll see if I can address that in an upcoming video. Stay tuned!
Right??!! I am like WOW! Good for her.
@@CreativeHiveCo yes please do it! I though I have to choose what to focus on but now I am not so sure 🤣 what you shared is insane in my view
@@CreativeHiveCoJust subscribed because of this video! I'd like to learn more about it. I really hope you can talk about how you manage to do those.
Time management and organization for creatives would be great.
Whew! I'm exhausted just listening to everything you do! What a go-getter!
Thanks for the support! 💖
Polymer clay food jewellery was my full time income but I had to work all the time. With 2 kids it was too hard but thankfully my youtube made enough
It's great to hear that your CZcams channel has provided a more flexible income source. Thank you for sharing!
How on earth are you doing the work of a dozen people? This seems bonkers to me. I’m lucky if I can keep the house clean, cook, do my personal admin stuff & errands, and get in like 5 hours of work on my ONE job on any given day. I’m overwhelmed just doing that. How do you do it?
I’ll share a secret with you, if you enjoy the work you do it produces more energy to do even more work 😅 then it works as a snowball effect, the more you enjoy and share the joy with others the greater it amplifies. I’m sure she had multiple failed business attempts too, statistically 1 in 10 business survive, so perhaps she tried a 100 things before 10 of them shoot off. Don’t give up and love what you do, I know it sounds super cliche but it works 🫶
I had two young children and unending array of chores and errands, but kept trying different things until one of them stuck then went from there. You have to learn to be military style with your time 🥲 4-5 hours on a weekend to meal prep, shop for 7-10 days, clean (had to give up on having home clean during the week and release resistance and anxiety, took a few months of therapy to unravel but it was worth it). Schedule time for your dream, get therapy if you feel resistance, maybe coaching for clarity and accountability. Keep faith in yourself and your dreams ❤❤
Also, if she’s making that much money, she probably has a staff to do household things, shopping etc… if all I had to do was the things I enjoyed, I’d probably have 12 businesses too 😅 which is to say, maybe try to get one thing up and running ❤ that’s where I’m at
@@marissapayne2635 exactly 👍 start with one and master it, it’s like one door opens the other. As your skills and confidence grow opportunities will follow 💯
Delegate all the stuff you don’t want to do. Hire others. Simple. You just need the money!
Her other source of income is extending the hours in her day from 24 hours to 124 hours in a day
If only I had that superpower! 😄 Thank you for watching!
She's healthy, smart, and stays busy. Don't be jealous.
She's NOT doing all the things EVERY day. Duh! Smh
Well folks, I think I heard pretty clearly that she also employees other people to accomplish certain tasks. So nothing mysterious about that.
I have to say this lady had some brilliant ideas and a huge amount of energy. I love the polymer clay jewelry shop, so creative and pleasing to look at. Can't imagine how scent was applied to the finished product.
Thank you so much!
Respect, I had this video recommended to me and almost rolled my eyes thinking it was going to be another influencer who made their money from selling courses but your a well accomplished business owner congrates!
Thank you! ♥️
but all of her links ONLY sell courses. I haven't been able to find any links to any of her shops with her products, even through the links via her instagram. I have no clue what her shops look like, they're all just links to her courses
@@soupisgood44 Found Tiny Hands website by just Googling "Tiny Hands Jewelry". For some reason I can't post the URL. It looks like a cute website. Regardless, she isn't doing her job if she isn't promoting her courses, right? Lol
@@soupisgood44
It took me 30 seconds to find her shop on facebook
@@soupisgood44 Try to search tiny hand jewellery in google, the first result is her polymerclay shop
So who makes the $150K per year of polymer jewelry? Bc obviously two people can't hand make that much product.
I can't freaking find ANY of the links to her jewelry shops, she only sells online courses it seems
I was thinking she's definitely outsourcing the manual labor.. there's no way she can be sculpting enough to bring in that kind of money as well as all these other things
Efficiency techniques, streamlined processes, and a dedicated team that assists with non-creative tasks are key elements in achieving our production goals. With the right systems and support in place, I'm able to meet demand and also work on my other businesses.

I can't freaking find ANY of the links to her jewelry shops, she only sells online courses it seems
@@soupisgood44 I found her website very easily, just by typing in 'tiny hands jewelry'. Other stuff pops up, but her jewelry also shows in the lineup.
She capitalizes a lot on being smart and cute 🥰. Great for her.

@@JDHarford It's great that you support your cousin!
I don't understand- literally all of your links through your social media and website are strictly online courses. I can't find any links to your "major income sources," being your shops. Where are the links to your jewelry? Why does this video feel so scammy?
I saw your comments which inspired me to look myself. Didn’t find anything! Wouldn’t a link to the product here be beneficial?? Definitely feels icky :(
did you google tiny hands jewelry? her shop is the first hit
yes it is the first hit on googling it.

Hi Mei, just want to say thank you for being transparent with your income and revenue streams and being an authentic person. I am also an hustler and very multi-passionate so I really understand your choices and your paths. It may sounds strange to others why we try to tackle so many things. Can't we just satisfied with one if brings enough income? People are really mean sometimes trying to bring you down. Just want you to know I really benefitted from your videos and you are always very honest. It is true that there are a lot of competition in coaching. I have considered your course last year, but I was at a different place than I am now. I will look into it again.
Thank you for being so transparent! You gave me so many ideas to think about. I'd love to know revenue vs profit and the expense breakdown for each company. Your time must be worth thousands an hour.
Glad you found the video helpful! Revenue vs profit breakdown and expense analysis sound like awesome topics for a follow-up video! Thank you for watching
@@CreativeHiveCo amazing! Looking forward!
Hi, Mei! What tools do you use to drive traffic to your Shopify store?
good question.
@CreativeHiveCo Google ads, Facebook ads, Pinterest, ...?
She uses 'influencer' marketing. Basically she approaches people with an established audience to help promote her products. Or other media like magazines, blogs etc. She talks about this in her other videos.
Influencer and email marketing! 😊
@@CreativeHiveCo thank you! 🙂
Don’t know how I got to this video, but have to say, wow. You’re amazing.
Thank you so much for your kind words!
I subbed and liked your video! I admire your hustle on art and businesses. Keep up the great work!
Thank you so much!
Thank you for mentioning acting as a form of art! I'm an actress and content creator and love these both art forms so so much! I cannot wait to make a living from both of them.
You got this! Thank you for watching! 😊
I have bought your jewelry! Love it! Thank you for this video, so inspiring!
Thank you so much! I hope you enjoyed your purchase. 💖
As someone who literally likes doing everything creative and felt like I couldnt start a career because that would be limiting what I do for the rest of my life - thank you for this video. I love illustrating kids books but also making cute stickers then also fine art paintings and also ceramics/pottery and also recently embroidery, crochet, wood carving, and wood burning. Help. lol
I feel you on that! It's amazing to have so many creative interests, but it can feel overwhelming to choose just one path. The good news is, you don't have to! Embrace your diverse talents and let them all inspire each other. 😊
I am sure your profit is very good but I wish you had stated profit and not revenue. You pay a team, and art supplies are not cheap, plus marketing, shipping and packing. I am sure there are more expenses I don't know about. Artists trying to make a living need to understand what their profit will be.
There are indeed numerous expenses involved, from paying the team to sourcing materials, marketing efforts, and all the nitty-gritty details of shipping and packaging. I'll certainly consider delving into such details in a future video. Thanks for watching!
The neat thing about having a business is tax deductions!:D I'd love to learn more about the deets too 😄 Thanks for sharing this CreativeHive! I'm inspired 💕
@@CreativeHiveCo Please do I’d love to see it.
I love all of these, but really appreciated your last point. There's no shame in having a conventional job while you build up the other, creative income streams. I was chasing a creative entry business, then life circumstances forced me into a boring conventional role. As I was going through my goals recently, I was thinking either, or - should I develop my boring conventional job or jump back into creative? It makes sense to pay my bills now with my conventional role and work on the creative stuff, until it grows beyond my conventional role.
Absolutely, there's no shame in pursuing conventional employment while building up your creative endeavors on the side. Balancing both worlds allows you to pay the bills while still pursuing your dreams. And who knows? With dedication and persistence, your creative pursuits may eventually surpass your conventional job. 😊
I’m not interested in creating THAT many different revenue streams 😵💫 (3 or 4 would probably be my max bc I really wouldn’t want to hire a whole team to help me run things, maybe just one assistant) but it’s really encouraging to see an indie artist doing so well for herself 🙂
Did you start all these businesses at the same time? If you slowly started them over the years as you gained more experience, then it might not be as overwhelming as it seems at first glance… 🤔
I didn't start all these businesses at the same time. It was a gradual process, building each one as I gained more experience and confidence. Starting small and growing at your own pace can make it much more manageable. I'm glad you find my journey encouraging! 😊
I agree with most of the positive comments, this is a really great, interesting, informative, down to earth and helpful video. Thanks!
Glad you enjoyed it! Thank you for watching!

Hey Mei - I took your course years ago - so helpful! I've been watching you since your days on Creative Live and it's been fun to watch you grow in so many ways over the years. You have always been honest in that building a business is (almost) never a quick way to earn an income and setting realistic expectations for your clients and followers.

J-Curve businesses galore.
More power to you.
Thank you so much and you too! 💖
I'd love to know how you scale something like the handmade clay jewellery. I've dabbled in making clay sculptures and I'd love to start selling those but one of my biggest concerns isn't necessarily failure, but rather being successful enough that I literally don't have enough hours in the day to make all the orders.
By no means am I assuming I'd be that successful by the way, but if it did happen by complete luck then I have no idea how I'd handle it and would probably look very unprofessional in the process which could tank the brand.
One strategy is to streamline your production process without sacrificing quality. This might involve creating molds for repetitive shapes, batching similar tasks together, or even outsourcing certain tasks like packaging or admin work. You got this!
Thanks for sharing your journey. This was a helpful watch. Also, your customized jewelry boxes are cool. I like that it's a slideout with a pull type of vibe, like a drawer. A nice touch :)
Glad you enjoyed the video and found it helpful! And hey, thanks for noticing the jewelry boxes! Yeah, we wanted to add a little extra flair to the packaging, and the slide-out, pull-type design felt like a fun way to make it more than just a box. Appreciate the love for the details! 😊

I want to do digital art but concerned about people stealing it, copycats etc. what advice do you have for this please?
You need to rid of your insecurities and become secure enough that theft, imitation, and hateful-admiration are the best compliments and proof that you are doing something right. There's nothing you can do to prevent it, so become mature enough that you are not sensitive to such things. Be confident in your niches and continue to grow so when imitated, they'll just never be you.
With theft, only worry about your customers being ripped off and not receiving what they deserve for their money, and not take it as a personal offence. Report as needed, but no need to fly into a rage over it.
Tl;Dr fix your insecurity skill issue
It is theft of intellectual property and income when you spend your time to create original art and some lazy person or company steals it.
You must be using other people's art and not doing your own original art, with the horrible reply you gave.
Also, the poster of the question only asked a simple and valid question, they did not "fly into a rage" over anything.
So I don't know what that part of your reply was all about.
You are just overdramatic and insensitive to theft of intellectual property.
@@pat4005 nope, just been doing art long enough and gone much of through it myself that this is the lesson you just learn at the end of the day, because anything else is just a waste of time and energy. you just accept and move on, and keep going strong in improving your own skillset.
and i never said they flew into a rage over anything, I was referring to if it DID happen, to NOT do that. reading comprehension, my dude, learn it.
Hi there! The easiest ones are adding watermarks to your digital art and including a copyright notice with your artwork, stating that it's your intellectual property and should not be reproduced without your permission. Also, only share high-resolution files with trusted individuals or clients to minimize the risk of unauthorized distribution. 😊
@@CreativeHiveCo thank you so much!!!

I'd argue it does take art talent to make realistic miniature polymer clay food, even if it's not drawing. The other businesses are more using templates and marketing though. Great insights. I remember years ago that scented waffle necklace blowing up when it was used as a prop in a TV show and how it was from an Etsy shop, and now to see you're that person and have kept going and grown so much is so cool.

Excellent information! Thank you. Going into retirement with a motorhome and hoping to generate some income. I think between my husband and I we might be able to pull off a couple of these.
Glad you learned something from me. You guys can do it! 💖
Thank you for telling us, it takes a lot of courage and a good heart ❤
Thank you for your kind words!
I love doing painting 🖌️🎨💖 but I feel bad when I give a price feel like they don't want to pay that much for my art 😅
It's common to feel unsure about pricing your art, but remember that your time, effort, and creativity are valuable. Finding the right audience who appreciates and understands your work is key. 😊
Excellent video. I recently read that Millionaires have at LEAST five different streams of income, not just a lone dayjob income. So if we all want to make more money, we need more streams flowing. Also, those printed boxes are fantastic can you share the maker? I got a batch and they were really not so good, I just give them away at shows and would love a different supplier
Hi! I found my supplier in Alibaba. Lots of great manufacturers on there! 😊
My daughter makes beautiful polymer clay jewelry but never sold anything
That's awesome that your daughter makes beautiful polymer clay jewelry! Sometimes, the hardest part is just getting started with selling. She could try setting up an online shop to get her work out there. 😊
Waow You are amazing ! 🤩 💪🏻 Well done and thanks for sharing !!
Thank you for watching! 😊
What do you have to say to youtubers who say etsy is finished and so is print on demand?
I’d say that every platform has its ups and downs. 😊
This video is a fantastic showcase of how creativity combined with strategic diversification can lead to financial independence for artists. using multiple platforms and income streams not only maximizes earnings but also stabilizes income in the often unpredictable world of art
Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed the video. You're absolutely right-combining creativity with strategic diversification can really make a difference for artists. 😊
You are like the woman version of Mr.Krabs. Respect.
Really? Thank you so much! 🤗
How did you make sooo many polymer clay items to be able to sell as wholesale? Did you solely create them or do you have other people help?
It's been quite the journey! I started out making them all myself, but as demand grew, I brought in a small team to help out.
Insane and congratulations for you! But I guess this all needs employees to be fulfilled - making the jewelry, running all the stores and sales, packaging etc...
Our littly graphic agency where I work also has a small shop we are running next to our normal business - and I know the effort behind it from keeping the shop updated to preparing everything for shippment and ALSO the investment BEFORE It all started etc.
In this amount this cannot done be one or only two people I guess..
Thank you so much! You're absolutely right-running a business at this scale requires a lot of effort and teamwork. I do have a couple of amazing employees who help with non-creative tasks. It's definitely a team effort! 😊
@@CreativeHiveCo Thanks for your reply! Great team you have there.
Hey, I have hella business and side hustle ideas. People are always telling me I can’t do more than one thing at a time, thanks for showing me that’s false! But I do need to focus on one thing at a time..
Stay dedicated and flexible, and you'll make progress towards your goals! 🥰

I cant agree that the groups now are the same as 2006 forums. Those were just pure art and oh I miss them sooooo. XD
Pixel forums alone I miss...
2006 forums had such a unique vibe. Ah, the good old days! 🥺
Don't sell yourself so short, promote yourself and don't shy away from advertizing! You have to put yourself first so don't fret about this "annoying your audience" fear. You good.
Thank you for watching and sharing your thoughts!
yeah, your businesses and ideas and creativity is great, but your work ethic, attitude and genuiness is what really brings the money in... it makes me really happy and warm seeing good girls succeed
I appreciate that! Thank you for watching!
I enjoyed how creatively technical this video was. Im so bored by dry material even if my tolerance level is pretty high. This was a good video despite pple complaining or pointing oyt she isnt yiving you the rosetta stone lol
It takes work to mske money. Simple. Hard work is irreplaceable even w high intelligence. Ty for sharing tour thoughts. This was a thoughtful ad 😊

Man, i charge $5-10 for my painted rocks and i have
only had 10 customers in the last decade or so...
Have you tried different marketing strategies or selling platforms to reach more customers? It might help to expand your reach and attract more buyers. 😊
