Asking any everyday Americans or westerner joes to name all the countries you will notice *most of them (*unless highly educated or smt) will have NO trouble naming USA, Mexico, ALL if not most of the big, house name European countries, mostly all the middle eastern countries that supply us oil, few Asian countries. Possibly NONE of the south American or African countries because of news bias. We know about Russia, USA, france, latvia, China, Emirates (UAE), germany etc. because we hear about them all the time in the news but how many times do people hear about some South American or African countries in their news is the big question.
