it was so smart for him to open with girl group dances, one he’s REALLY good at them, and two he dances them seriously, instead of almost half assed and joking the way some male idols do. It also made him super memorable since it was unique. Loved it!

Plus he had a kpop dance club in my school and we had school festivals fairs so his club/members would always perform kpop songs cover and everyone always cheered him on haha. Very proud of him :’D

Take Alex Reid for example- she struggled a lot more, because her agency didn't hire any Korean teachers, nor did they hire a translator. She was essentially whisked from place to place with little clue as to what's going on. The only person who helped her was one member that spoke English.
In the K-Pop industry, all agencies, trainees, and idols are rushing to be the next big thing, and a big factor in a person's success is age. If someone is deemed "too old" their chances of succeeding in the industry drop.

he got first place in auditions which made him center and he got the most parts unfortunately most of them were taken as he has no singing skills, same thing happened with the first in the vocal team because he was the worst dancer. He went from more than half of the parts to literally zero part.

Have you seen kpop. Even guys wear makeup, and are even asked to danced to girls song and their fashion is genderless. They are trying to remove the mentality where men most be manly and girls most be girly.
You can see that in kpop that men don't gave to be manly.
And you can see it in kdrama that girls don't gave to be girly.
They are trying to break down that stereotype
But accepting two men having sexual intercose will probably be a taboo for a long time.
