it’s a popcorn stitch :)) you can search how to do a popcorn stitch on youtube, there are plenty of videos to choose from!

I popcorn stitch. 5 double crochets in the same stitch. Once you crochet all five you go to the first one insert your hook and pull the string from the fifth double crochet
