Great information Dmitriy! Another question that comes up more & more now. "Tell us why you are a good fit for this position?" Now, of course highlight your skills that apply but somehow doing that has not hit the mark. What do you suggest? Thank you so much!

      Good question!
I would always keep to answering from a leadership perspective. Say that you have proven knowledge and skill on who to lead people and use their best expertise. So, you are capable of leading any team and in any company. The same goes to your skill to organize people’s work in any environment. For sure, you want reference back to your experience and achievement in your CV.
Second, I would try to aligned their requirements with some of previous experience. E.g. you need a PM to do X, Y, and Z. In my previous job, I did X, Y and was dong Z in a similar fashion.
So, you either try to convince them that you have universal skill you know how to apply anywhere. OR you try to show that you had similar experience and you can bring it to their company.
