- This guide describes how to install the Europe 1100 mod for Bannerlord, using either the Steam version, or the NexusMods version. Current as of version 1.1.5 of Bannerlord.

@@rodimus1100 really disappointed by the talworld's rate of progress. wanted to go back to 1.1.6 but it lacks such crucial fixes (i.e. faction dissolution) that i cant really convince myself to:( will keep an eye, and cant wait for next Europe 1100 update. thanks again, the most complete historical mod out there atm!

Would you consider doing one for installing it with the extra mods? noticed there's things like Better Pikes, the Eriks troop mod etc, I've got the 'basic' mod installed right now but struggling with these, feels a bit much as each mod seems to require a few extra ones - feels super tricky.

Would it be possible to make the kingdoms vassals the same color as the kingdom ? Would be a great update idea as it would make borders be more visible and easy to keep track of who is who. Even different shades of red for the kingdom of england / blue for france and so on
I Downloaded it both from Steam and Nexus, both crashed after i finished creating the character.
From steam, even after changing the .json, it wont show the images properly in the menu and the character creation.
Edit: i used the 1.2.8 and its working even tho some stuff in the char creation its still not working properly

I am having a problem all the mods are working but when I play all the troops are the same in all cultures and they are all level 1 there is no more than level 1
How do I fix the issue of the better pikes being greyed out
Could you tell me why any mods depending on the lemmy europe map, 1100, ad1259, eagle rising/europe map takes like 5 minutes to load any save game file. I mean it is not at the start of a game but a long time into the game using europe map it takes like 5 minutes or more to just load in any save game.
I’m on the 1.1.6 update. I changed the BannerColorPersistence (BCP) file thing to true. The mod order (from top to bottom) is Harmony, Europe_LemmyProject, Europe 1100, BCP. When I fire up the game there is a purple and black checker board with “TEXT” written on it. It’s there also instead of Mount and Blade Bannerlord on the starting screen. When I start a sandbox the checkerboard says “MISSING”. And then it says that the application faced a problem and it kicks me off the game. What do I do?

Make sure you are on BannerColorPersistence 1.4.5 - the latest version (1.4.6) is for Bannerlord 1.2 beta

@@stephenwalters6598 yes the black and purple textures is a bug that only affects the steam version

@rodimus118 i am using bannerlord v1.1.6. I have installed Harmony(latest version) Lemmy project (1.1.6) and Europa 1100(1.1.6) BannerColorPersistence 1.4.5(from mod nexus) is installed and
i have edited the config.json file but i'm still getting pink black screen error

Make sure to go into BannerColorPersistence 1.4.5 folder and do the config thing u did with harmony, you see that in the nexus download part. fixed it for me

Second may I ask if the mod is compatible with the following mods: diplomacy, banner fix, better attributes, Governors handle issues, manage fiefs, better time, and butter equip? please if anyone knows tell me, also can I BLSE with this mod?
whenever i start bannerlord with the mods on it will pop up: "Game shut down on previous session. Would you like to enable safe mode?" and after that when i launch a new campaign it says: "The application faced a problem. We need to collect necessary files to fix this problem. Would you like to upload these files now?".I dont know if i did something wrong in the order or if i have the wrong version so i would appreciate some help if i can get some

When I want to start either a sandbox or a new campaign this is what comes up: Could not load merged xml file correctly: "NPCCharactersError:" Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
Does anyone have a solution for it?
Most likely the load order or mod versions are wrong. Head to discord and post a screenshot of your launcher, and load order.

Hey, i don't see the menu with the sandbox i just see the menu in the game with new campaign, saved campaign, options and exit, do you know where's the mistake?
New Game is the only option now. To avoid confusion!
when I try to open the config.json file to edit it windows won't let me open it is there a programme that will allow this ?
You can open it in notepad
is this mod compatible with vanilla cheats?
what does it mean if the sandbox mode doesnt show up? it only gives me the option to play new game or continue game. does this matter? also i am on the nexus mod and it did the same thing with the steam version too
Thats intended. New game is Sandbox, and is the only option now.

Cant even play the mod because it keeps crashing when I finish my character, get the first banner part and finish the party sigil. Right after i finish the sigil (banner) game crashes. I have tried both nexus and steam version, done clean sweep on all mods and still nothing works.
A new update came out last night. Steam and Nexus are now up to date.

@@rodimus1100does that mean we don’t need the banner Color persistence because I was having the same problem then I louded the game without Color presistance and it’s working now
@@cauzergaming2862 the mod will run without it, but several banners will be blank colours.

for some reason i just get saved games and new game options when i load in instead of campaign and sandbox also when i press on it it just turns black
Black screen is a known issue with the steam version, but it just means it is loading. The mod is sandbox only and new game is the only option now.
i get to finishing making my character and everytime i click "start game" it crashes
New update has just come out today. If you're on steam it should have automatically updated about an hour ago.
I use the Nexus version for all Harmony, Europe map, Bannercolor and Europe 1100. Downloaded all today but still crashed after making character. If I use the steam version is works. But I need the Nexus versions to add Eriks Troops. Please help.@@rodimus1100
I have a problem playing europa 1100, download the files in nexus but when creating the character the game crashes, is there any way to solve this? At first it seems to me that all the mods depend on El i-1-1-1-1, maybe it has something to do with it.

This will be due to the latest bannerlord update. For now you need to manually downgrade to 1.1.6 until the europe map gets updated
I have an issue .after i create my character and start the game it says "application faced a problem.We need to collect necessary files to fix this problem.would you like to proceed?" . After this when i press Yes the game immediately crashes and the problem is not fixed

hello, I installed everything correctly, the steam version does not work, and I tested with nexus, it does not work, error message and game crash for both versions..

The texts appear in black and when I say new game it stays on a black screen.I have to suffer to install this game mode.what should I do
Known issue with steam for some users. You'll have to switch to the nexus version. Or you can just ignore it, its not game breaking. THe black screen is just loading and it takes a while first time.
@@rodimus1100 thank you so much.Even though I downloaded it from the nexus website, the problem persisted, so I solved this problem by downloading bannerlord color 1.4.6 beta version. The problem is in bannerlord color mode.
@@koreanhealer oh very interesting! This bug has been there for a long time. So the 1.4.6 beta fixed it?
@@rodimus1100 When I turned off the bannerlord color 1.4.5 mode, there was no crush or color distortion. Thus, I concluded that the problem was caused by 1.4.5. I downloaded the Bannerlord color 1.4.6 beta version and tried it and the crush + color problems were fixed. I don't know if it works for everyone, but it worked for me!

Known issue with the steam version. If you just wait it will load eventually, or switch to the nexus version.

You can, but not the same mod on both.

can you find the config file at least? Once you've got the right file you can just open and edit it with notepad
yeah the one u showed in the video, anyway i did it, but it still like crashes everytime i finish with my banner and hit next
@@peterdavid7117 that means you've probably got the old version of bannercolor - upgrade to 1.4.6+
I wa playing for about 20 min. Then the map turned into black area.

What happens to the saves with an update?
The last two updates have been savegame compatible, but most of the time they are not.
@@rodimus1100 What a bummer, that means that i can only install mods from Nexus.
@@joelcoelho5841 nexus is safer if you want a long save. Sometimes it's due to map updates and nothing to do with E1100
Hi, I have followed every step to get the mod from steam, I have changed the config file and when I run the game I do not have the sandbox option, in fact the options available are "Saved Games" and "New Campaign". As you say, they both crash the game, any suggestion? Thank you
The only option now is "New Game". If its crashing after banner selection then it means your need to update bannercolorpersistence.

Europe Map is not compatible with the new update yet. So you need to downgrade bannerlord to 1.1.6
