Proud of you Kelly, this is the most underrated body transformation ive seen so far
Not a transformation, literally he just hit puberty like everyone else. There are kids twice his size when he was ”fat” that just hits puberty and they grow tall and just stretch it out. Like come on, we can’t act like they eat pizza 4 times a week and eats mcdonalds ice cream cones every vid😂 I prob take this too serious bc I am a personal trainer and deal with people that actually do transformation. But if people would just educate a little on the human body they would know this is not a tranformation, just basic knowledge

Kathleen B No it’s not real success, he hasn’t put hours of hours, eating food that taste like shit and pushing his limits to lose weight. You can’t say ”transformation” when all you did was hit puberty. AND especially when it is 10 years, just listen to that, 10 year transformation and all it did was him getting tall and skinny. There’s 3 month transformations everywhere on youtube that did more than what he ”did” in 10 years. He literally just grew up

Kathleen B It’s not hard work tho, if he had been meal planning, working out for 10 years, then yes this is definently okay. But this is nothing this video is literally a perfect example of every kid tgat was a vit chubby and just hit puberty. I was literally the exact same, hit puberty and grew out of it. Like I mentioned in the comment above, there are 3 month transformations that are real results and more effort put into than he did in 10 years. People need to be more educated about health and the human body, literally anyone that works out or has common knowledge about fitness and puberty knows this vid just pure bs. And trying to find something to brag about himself when in reality it’s just him hitting puberty

Honestly,this really motivates me,I’m in 9th grade I feel insecure about my body and I really want to lose weight but haven’t gotten myself to do it,I feel way too overweight for my body and I know I am,I can at least promise myself that within the next 10 years I’ll be at least skinnier and weigh less than how I am now

I would do it now, before college and when you actually have a career and work. I used to be fat (180) and I went to the gym and dieted noe I am 150 6 months latet
dude no one wants to be skinny or fat so no point cutting down to just bones bulk up so u get mass and then start toning and u cant keep commenting to every motivational video u see so u better start lol.
limit the amount of added sugars you consume to no more than half of your normal daily intake.
Sugar is a carbohydrate, which will eventually turn into fat in the body.
Thats the quickest way to get results if you want to lose weight fast.

Great story kelly, I remember those days in opposite way. As a kid i was all bones, super skinny and like you had a lot body issues like you. My friends were all in great shape except me. I couldn't put on weight or muscle. No matter what I did nothing ever worked. I understand your frustrations as a kid. It's good to hear you met your goals, looking good, well done.
