Is it possible of saying Ti-Ket (emphasize on Ket), i switch around on Ket-Ti (so that the "burst of air" is on beat instead)?

I am playing a hard orchestra piece, how do you recommend to play very fast rhythms

Practice very slowly at first and then build up your tempo gradually. You can’t play it fast until you can play it slow.
