and the voice was a woman...british...and it was like she was discussing the condition of the house with you. If there is no one there then for sure it is a spirit voice.

Unless there was someone outside, I think you recorded a spirit voice. That's exciting! It sounded like other supposed spirit voices I've heard--like they're right there and far away at the same time; sort of like the sound of being behind a wall.
unfortunately you now have to completely discount that woman's voice because that could have been Danny's girlfriend.

To me it sounds like the woman’s voice says ‘Don’t go up there’ Maybe it was a warning considering Ste was standing at the bottom of the staircase looking up. 🤷🏼♀️

That voice even made me jump at the beginning as I thought you had not heard it at first.
However I did notice a sort of resonance or echo when you were calling out at the bottom of the stairs and wonder if that voice could have been a similar sound illusion. It only seemed to happen with Ste’s voice as it is slightly higher pitch than Griff’s.

I know I'm late to commenting on this video but I'm only just starting to watch them all. Question, the powder from the fire extinguisher, if someone previously in the house had set it off, there would be footprints from them wouldn't there? But the only ones on the video are Griff and Ste's when they walk downstairs and find it, there was nothing on the ground before Ste walked down 1st. I hope I've explained that ok?
It wasn't Ste or Griff as there wasn't any prints on the floor until they discovered the powder everywhere for the first time and it was all documented on camera. It's definitely odd.
P.s. I'm really enjoying the real investigations and the no nonsense approach, it's a refreshing change. 🙂

I appreciate the fact that you guys are only showing what you find; too many groups these days manufacture bits for ratings/likes. As an aside, I know you guys have a constant battle with pigeons in a lot of these abandoned places. In the US, we'd more likely be watching out for homeless people or drug users. Do you get a lot of that in the UK as well?
The majority of homeless and drug related homelessness is within the bigger towns and cities. We don't have as big an issue with homelessness compared to the US. Outdoor dug use also TENDS to be confined to certain areas, and again, is nowhere near as prevalent or as obvious as it is in some US cities/states (NYC, San Fran, LA etc).

I remember that place!! Danny and felicity did an investigation there..a paiano played, the chandelierswung at the main stairs and they caught a figure peeking around the corner at the top floor!! That place is freaking creepy!!
