I thought you need 2 years relevant work experience on top of your uni degree to apply? You're lucky, It took me 4.5 years to get my visa approved for skills migration. It was because I did my skills assessment twice as I need 3 years experience in my industry to pass the assessment. After passing the assessment and submitting the visa application, I was called in to their office for an interview in which they tested my skills verbally, to make sure everything is ligetimate on the application. This was back in Hong Kong 22 years ago. Anyway welcome on board, enjoy your life here.
Thank you for sharing your experience. I think the process and policies changed over the years, and also I think it related to the subject and work industry that you are completing and working. As I were mentioning in the video, Occupational Therapy is related to the health industry and that might be one of the reason that my application processed smoother than I imagined.
