- I moved my machine shop into this industrial warehouse space just outside of Grand Rapids, Michigan almost a year ago. It's a much larger and nicer setup than what I had in my 2019 shop tour video, and I figured it was time for an update!

The love of a man for his forklift is one that only a man with a forklift can understand
I’d say the Kitchenette / Bathroom combo is an example of extreme efficiency! When time is money it’s always nice to cook, eat and shit all without having to waste time moving from one place to the next. Lol
The CRT monitor on your lathe looks like a PipBoy. Sooo Cool!
Super impressive Joe. I've been watching your videos since the beginning. You've come a long way in a very short time. Well done!
What a great looking shop! You clearly are very organized and efficient.
I'd recommend building an enclosure or at least a dust cover for that 3d printer for maintaining temps and protection. My printer has quickly become an invaluable tool in my shop but they are dainty little things that should be isolated. Dust, chips, and other nasty stuff floating around the shop tend to lodge themselves in the belts/ballscrews of these machines and can make for some pretty terrible prints. Not to mention that nothing wants to stick to a dusty bed. Love the vids!
Such an amazing video, always love looking at “small” shops solutions to storage, packaging, manufacturing and organisation and this is one of the neatest ones I’ve seen yet!
Thanks! We have a long way to go but we're always trying to improve!
Great video. Thanks for letting us into your world. Haas baby!
I just cant stop smiling after you said that a forkift is your dream machine))
First 35 viewers! Thanks, Joe. Nice shop. Thanks for all you share, look forward to seeing you in Philly! Great stuff all around.
This is the first video I’ve seen of yours and it definitely looks like you’re coming up! Well done man. Definitely subscribing. 🤙
that looks like a dream shop and it seems that its only getting better. I dont know about machining but I know that HAAS its a meme magnet, made me smile :)
Really touching on lean manufacturing and the 8 forms of waste in this video! Keep building ✌🏼
Awesome shop. Great organization. Best Wishes
Great idea to use the scrap cnc bed! Very cool shop!
Sick shop Joe!

Clever dude😊
Very nice shop
Very cool!
Man I'm late to this video. Great job on the upgrades and shop. That Hass is too drool over. Lol
If your fridge is still having water issues there is probably a blocked drain hole at the back of it you need to blow out with some compressed air, this will allow the water to flow out into the evaporation pan that is most probably underneath the fridge.
I liked your lebowski reference
Glad to see you doing well! Where can we watch the podcast with Paul?
Nice shop , you do great parts and hardware , what is the brand of your laser engraver , im looking to buy one!
bad ass shop! I am totally stealing some of your ideas
Hey. You’re shop is sick, your specks are sick, your tools are sick but your kitchenette/bathroom make me sick! God, how is that ok? Maybe it’s just me! Awesome video and thanks for sharing.
Dude, I think the rug really pulls room together…
Dude nice!! Where's the new spot?
Grand Rapids, Michigan.
This is a rather weird question but would you be able to bend and weld a very specific handlebar?
That’s not a job that I can take on at this time.
What a fuckin steal for that slant bed. Holy fuck
The deals are out there. Especially in the rust belt. I see old 2-axis machines like this for sale all the time for less than $10k and under $5k isn't that hard if you look. But I agree! What a steal indeed. I really didn't have to put that much work into it and apart from two power supply boards nothing major has gone wrong with it in 2 years of service making great parts.
Do u sell the frame sir?how much ?
When you flush poop particles get into the coffee maker and you get sick from it.
fyi: clausing is pronounced clawzing.
Everything was great until the kitchen next to the toilet. That is actually disgusting.
