- These Cheeseburger Sliders are so good! They are super easy to make (no patties) and are packed with flavor! I know you'll love these Hawaiian roll sliders!

CHEESEBURGER SLIDER INGREDIENTS:
►2 lb lean ground beef (90/10 or 93/7)
►1/2 Tbsp oil for the skillet, if needed
►1 tsp salt
►1 tsp black pepper
►1 tsp garlic powder
►1/2 yellow onion, finely diced
►1/4 cup mayo
►8 slices cheddar cheese
►6 oz shredded medium cheddar
►24 dinner rolls (packaged together like King’s Hawaiian brand)
►2 Tbsp butter, melted, plus more to grease the baking sheet
►1 Tbsp sesame seeds

These are great. Simple , quick recipe. The mayo was the best tip ever. The buns were perfect. Soft inside and slightly crisp on the outside. This recipe is a keeper.

Natashas Kitchen It was a mixture of Mayonnaise, ketchup, salt, pepper, garlic powder, ground mustard. I mixed it all, and my boys would just dip the sliders🙌🏻🙌🏻👍🏻👍🏻
These look so good, and that mayo in the beef, what a great idea. I'm going to make these, but I'm going to add a two or three bags of cooked crumbled bacon on the shredded cheese. Keep up the great work.

I’ve made this twice in the past two weeks and am already planning the next! SO good!! I decided to add a base below the cheese and it really elevates the flavor! I found this bread dipping kit at work- it’s just a tin that comes with a packet of seasoning (the seasoning varies depending on what kind you get, but mine is a Parmesan blend), and you just mix a teaspoon of that seasoning with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. I spread some of this mixture on the bottom buns before the cheese slices the second time I made this and wooooow! Mind blooooown! I’m excited to make it again!

There are a few channels that do that alot
“You want to spoon out any excess fat or liquid that came out” Definitely do not do this. You will lose a ton of beef flavor. Let the beef continue to fry in it’s own fat. The liquid will cook away and your beef will brown and taste better.
You can see the beef in her video is literally gray in color from lack of browning. It’s ground beef so don’t be worried to overcook it, you want it well done anyway.
