Some of façad design looks like a reminiscent of late 60's and 70's large house design which i saw in my early childhood. I applaud you for having the large luxurious looks with 7 x 8.3m floorplan. 👏👏👏👏
Love the design! This can be also good for A -Frame style! Can also add 2nd floor by changing the bath room to a stairwell corner, moving a little space to the left bedroom (converted to office or guest room) and divide it to make bathroom. Bedroom to the right could be children's room. Second floor could be the master bedroom with his own BR and terrace/balcony. I have rooted for this already for my own dream home someday!

Love the new take on a typical layout. The front door gets some shade and privacy. Setting the house on a platform gives it a classy look. I'd probably add a utility area somewhere to accommodate a washer and dryer. However, as a base look and design this is awesome!

nice design but i have a little concern about the entrance door? I think you should not put the jalousie window beside the door knob, because people will just remove the blades of the jalousie and will open the door for themselves. Thats for security reason.

....there's quite a few Design flaws with this layout and overall design. I noticed that as well, with the door. And it's claustrophobic to have that huge wall in front of the door... . Privacy, it provides that, but in practicality, it feels odd. I'd feel " closed off " and its like a " blind spot " as to what's on the other side. Just an observation.
Would have been much better to just put posts that were spaced a couple of feet apart, across the front , rather than that solid wall.
I feel that you are not taking into account that Bali has a super low crime rate and you wouldn’t have to worry about break ins like you do in the United States.
there are door locks nowadays that u cant open by hands, but by key only.
No matter how secure or design of the house if a bad person
will do harm they will do it.
Very pleasant design. No wasted areas, yet has a spacious, uncluttered feel.

Even as someone who has lived "small" for the last 10 years this is really small. Especially kitchen and I barely even cook! It's looks great tho. Good ideas.

Very nice - like the floor plan and the fact that it is raised on platform. Like the roof treatment also. Having the front door on the side means you need furniture / other to keep people from trying to approach through the sliding door, though. Might make more sense to move steps over and put front door in center of front face. Then you could take advantage of the space on the side and add a room for washer & dryer.

Love the lay out and design of the house. It was chic, clean, minimalist. Except for the glass vertical windows near the main door. Its aesthetics but not safe in reality.
Someone can break the glass and open the door easily
There's no door knob tho. Electronic entry.

Nhà resort ở Bali Indonesia gần biển nên kết cấu móng nông ? Nên làm ở miền núi càng rì zot. Khí tụ thổi theo chiều hướng nào , ngoài nhà cao dội xuống nhà thấp và không có lốc , gió xoáy để tản khí .
Nhà cao tầng đã có trong khi lũ lụt nhiều nên không lo thiếu nước .

A few things I noticed: didn’t see a lamp in the master bedroom, no curtains in either bedroom and where would someone do their laundry?

I think if you tweaked the layout of the bathroom you could make it accessible from both bedrooms as well as the main part of the house. That way you could enjoy the benefits of an en-suite, like being able to get up at 4:00 am in your birthday suit to pee, while still having a way for guests to access the toilet without going through your bedroom.
Also, the kitchen cabinetry looks a little sparse and there don't appear to be any closets outside the bedrooms. I think you could make the kitchen L-shaped with more cabinetry along the wall where the decorative mirrors are without crowding the dining table too much. Or you could replace the dining table with an island or peninsula with cabinets and some bar stools. You might be able to add a utility closet in the corner between the bathroom door and the master bedroom door, but it doesn't look like there's anywhere else in the main house you could really build a closet. You might have some storage in your coffee table, entertainment system, and maybe a few other pieces of furniture that would fit into the few spaces where they wouldn't be blocking the windows. But you still need a place to hang up coats or tuck away a vacuum cleaner and I don't see where you could fit that kind of a storage area into your floor plan unless you reduced some of the window space or something. Maybe instead of having the house be perfectly square with the front door opening directly into the living room, you could add an outcropping entryway with a coat closet and room for some kind of shoe storage.

Very plaisant design for a hotel, but not practical at all when you live there with 4 persons and work in the house . Not enough place for laundry, put you coats and shoes, storage space in the bathroom for 4, make some computer work, maybe store some foodreserves and even cooking space... and it will look not soo nice if it is a bit messy... design is nice , but never forget that a house is first a living space, if it can be a art object at the same time, then is perfect ...

These will do well in Mediterranean in Greece, Spain or Portugal for renting out at good rates while making some good investment on the lot.. I'd build 5-8 of these and with 2-3 20% bigger.
