Black and White has my favorite set of cutscenes, something about them just made the game feel grand. Especially with how they represented the legendaries.

Fun fact! Zekrom and Reshiram represent ideals and truth respectively, and N stands on the left hand side for Zekrom and the right hand side for Reshiram, symbolizing what each political side says they represent

The Black & White, and Black 2 & White 2 cutscenes brought a sense of nostalgia to me. :,)
What’s funny about the Arceus cutscene is that it is the closest thing to coming close that is the real world.
B/W/B2/W2's cutscenes hitted me SO hard in the time. Watching 'em now still gives me the same vibes as the first time when playing the games. So full of emotion and intensity!!
Also, the scenes when Lugia or Ho-Oh are summoned are beautiful! The music and the Kimono Girls' dance make them majestic and mystic. That's why Johto and Unova are my favorite regions!

When I first saw Zekrom coming out of the dark stone I was hooked on Pokémon immediately!
This one is very different than the other one. This time I put only the important one but also added a lot of new cutscenes and this time not only with legendary!

This made me remember why I truly think that N might fuck me up. He is the only villain who legitimately gets the cooperation of the Main Legendary Pokemon of its game. No manipulation, no brainwash, not even forced summoning. Reshiram/Zekrom will truly destroy us if N really wills it and if that is a legit threat.
Also Ghetsis wanted to turn us into an actual minced meat is scary since we are directly threatened. We are just Teenager Pokemon trainer, that Glaciate is just overkill.
I freaking love Arceus’ whole PowerPoint presentation of the universe. And also, B&W has the greatest plot in all of Pokémon.
If you think about it
A fight between Reshiram and Zekrom would be pretty awesome, since they resist each others elemental attacks so they have to use there physical attacks so they would be punching,biting, etc
Also: ZEKROM NOO!! That scene where kyurem absorbs zekrom makes so sad 😭

I also feel sad....but sometimes K think that what if they could just fly away outside the cave....then they may save their butt
I felt so helpless and upset when I watched Kyurem take Reshiram and merge with it to make one being. How Reshiram struggled to fight and escape from Kyurem made me feel even worse.
But then, I remembered: Reshiram and Zekrom used to be one being at one point during the past. Kyurem may have been a part of that form.

Okay but Reshiram is a special attacker, it would use moves like Dragon Pulse and Extrasensory while Zekrom uses Dragon Claw and Zen Headbutt

Makes me feel for Sword/Shield too. Nintendo was always about Gameplay > Graphics. Better-looking games like Sword are an always welcome candy bonus however

@Roger Loe At first I was gonna say this is wrong but now when I think it, yr kinda right. The Legendary wolves barely have any cool scenes (there was one sorta cool scene) and Eternatus' scene was short-lived.

This video explains why the Blackand White two are my favorite games. The cutscenes are amazing! The only games with actual cities (many high rises etc) in the region and its the most life like in that aspect.
heres something i noticed about the pokemkn universe:
The humans named the pokemon, even arceus, so they arent named like "arceus"
they could be named something else
but they seem to like the name and allow the humans to call them like that
Well, most Pokémon are named after the sound they make.

I think that Platinum had the best legendary cutscene, but Heartgold had the best opening sequence. Also, I never saw that Arceus cutscene until now, and boy, it's cool, but that's the weirdest one I've ever seen.

Please do all important cutscenes animation for 2000-2018 Pokemon games. That would be sweet. Also, do every legendary cutscenes animation from 1999-2018 as well.
I wish GF includes cutscenes for Giratina in the inevitable 4th gen remakes, they can achieve so much with him.
The platinum giratina cutscene will forever give me chills since the first time I saw it when I was little.

I have a hard time picking between Gen 3 and 4 because of the gravity of the situation you’re in for both.
One hand, you have to prevent the Earth from flooding over or from being a waterless planet.
The other, stop the destruction of your world and the creation of a new one.

Pokémon Platinum is the best. First you got Giratina cutscene which is pretty awesome! Then you have the distortion world which is cool and kinda confusing. Overall Pokemon Platinum is on of the best games. When the remake comes out I hope it’ll be just as cool, or cooler! I don’t think any other game can top the Distortion World. Maybe they can top the Giritina cutscene but the Distortion World is something we never had before and haven’t had since which is kinda a shame.
That's what makes it unique!😇😌

the one way they could possibly top the distortion world is if they allow you to fly around in it when you have beaten the elite four and have caught giratina.

pokemon black and white were my favorites of the pokemon games, mainly because it showed emotion in the music and the story. not to mention Zekrom and Reshiram, they are my all time favorite dragon type and legendary pokemon, besides Ultra Necrozma😅
