I'll be honest, I'm a JK bias, have been since the day that I became an ARMY. And honestly I've always wanted him to do a low-register belt like this but actually always assumed that they couldn't because they always rely on their high notes. But as always whenever I start thinking that they've peaked or stopped improving they just prove me wrong every time.
When I heard his belt here I legit got goose bumps, not just because of how good it was but because it was a reminder that he's still got so many weapons left in his vocal kit that he still doesn't tap into enough. His voice has always been beautiful, but he is truly showing his maturity and growth here - so gut-wrenching, so poignant, he has broken my heart, cracked it wide open. This is so unexpected, I would never have thought he would do a Harry Styles song, and he has done such a brilliant job - BTS don’t really do this type of music, and very little of their vocals “belt” but Jungkook has done it so effortlessly here, no vibrato, just pure, clear, soaring vocals. He didn't say he can only do rhythmic vocals. In vlive he was talking about singing songs he doesn't really know very well because he doesn't prepare before doing it on live. Rhythmic songs are easier for him to do when he sings on the spot
