Being A Programmer Myself, believe me programming is not everyone's cup of tea. You just can't be programmer for money. It is not easy. Not everyone has those analytical and programming skills to solve complex problems. You can only survive in IT industry if either you're really good at problem solving or you're passionate about it.

Government medical college ma hi sab pre medical students jana chatay ha but seats Bohat kaam ha, its only possible if you score 95%or above in ratta in FSc and matric and then most importantly in NMDCAT.

Being an MBBS student in a public institute let me tell you ke Medical degree kay baray mai you are wrong. Har cheez bahir ki achi nahi hoti. Jo students China or Russian states say karkay atay hain wo Pakistan ka PMDC ka test bari mushkil say clear kartay hain. Or jahan tak izzat ka taluq hai to sari medical community inko nalaik hi samajti hai kionkeh China mai onka admission bhi ho jata hai jo Pakistan ki private Universitys mai bhi admission nahi lay patay. Ye bhi bata don ke China say MBBS karkay aap wahan Job bhi nahi kar saktay to wapis ana hi parta hai or wapis aa kar Pakistan mai license kay liyay tests clear karnay partay hain.
Please check the statistics kay America mai kitnay doctors or Surgeons overseas Pakistanis hain jinki degree Pakistan say hai.
Shaid apko AKU ka bhi ni pata jo top 100 medical Universities mai rank hoi hai.
So please aap har cheez mai nahi bol saktay. Or har cheez mai Pakistan bekar nahi hai.

I am an engineer and 50% of my classmates published their BS level project in different journals and maximum have joined different industries in pakistan and also in different countries because of a sound knowledge which they tool from pakistani universities.

Mere Mechanical ke batch Mai bhi 90% bache are doing jobs in the industry and I would say around 50% are doing very very well.
(I'm a Mechanical Engineer from NED Batch 2022).(Even mere Mech juniors bhi achi jobs kar Rahe hain industry main).
