Russman3232 yes I have. The guy was actually remorseful. Said bad things about himself. (Can't remember specifics) Said he has tried to get out a few times. Said he wants to try again. Says there are no jobs and he needs to feed his family but knows what he does is wrong. His voice sounded very ashamed. The CZcamsr gave him his email to offer the guy help. The guy actually sounded a bit scared a couple times.
I hate that they do this and want to call them scumbags etc but when you know the whole story it is so so sad. It is like when a poor supreased person steals bread. They don't think it hurts anyone and we all understand bc he is desperate and poor. But stealing bread does hurt other people. Why can't we extend empathy to these people? They live in very harsh realities without many options. No social assistance or community programs to get them through. It is still very very wrong tho. But the whole situation makes me sick not just the actions of the agents. What does make me mad is the rich getting richer in any country on the backs of hard working people. Happens here and happens even worse overseas. I wonder what the call agents boss makes? A shit ton more than the agent I am sure.
And they live in fear. At least we don't have to fear speaking about something our leader would chop our heads off for.

Its a myth that is rumoured in every call centres ( scam centres) that if you say your real name you'll not be trusted because that's aparantly not an "American Name" and they dont trust other people.
I guess most American companies outsourcing there are not making their customers aware that if they call support line, they will be talking to Indian guy not American. So it's those Americans company like IBM, Convergys etc are at fault. I've heard that they even have rotation shifts like Night shift for USA Zone and Day shift for EU zone. Correct me if i am wrong, anyone.
