Your video is awesome! One quick question - to register as a NDIS provider, our business should be a sole trader or could be a company? If company is ok, what type of company suit to this business? We are just in planning phase and would like to start from small company. In the end, we would like to register to an approved aged care provider as well.

I own a small NDIS disability support business, registering with the NDIS is not %100 necessary if your clients are plan and self managed you do not need to register with the NDIS. Registering adds a whole lot of un wanted headache, please if you take this route make sure you have clear copies of your care agreements with the client and have very effective reporting and bookkeeping software so you have a window into any moment of your business operations at any time you've been requested for the Information. This business is very saturated with smaller business' and big dreamers, it's the people who act upon those movements and goals and that will push themselves to provide as much value as possible to the client and focus on holding clients for long periods that will be successful in an NDIS business. Have a clear goal and figure out how to advertise it to people who are participants for the lowest cost possible, then figure out how to fulfil the needs of each client. This is a business of ongoing fulfilment not just client acquisition and your reputation will carry you to profits in the future provided you have the correct infrastructure within your business to make things work for you, not work for the business so to speak
