  • Through large windows that immerse the house in the surrounding nature, the Nave sulla Collina becomes a dream home for Antonio Guarneri Architect's clients.
The Italian architect Antonio Guarneri has carefully considered the personalities of the owners with the selection of colours, tones and materials, creating a modern and welcoming house, full of light and oriented in such a way as to savor every reflection of the rising sun in the morning until nightfall.
The structure of the modern villa, built by the DEL BIANCO company, is inspired by a ship, a clear reference to the architecture of Richard Meier, which divides the house into various floors, or bridges, and leads the guests who come from the entrance greeted by the stairs leading to the first floor. The main part of the house is characterized by an open space, which houses the living area and the kitchen. A corridor instead leads to the children's sleeping area and to the bathroom reserved for guests.
Going up the further stairs you find yourself on the top floor, or bridge, where the splendid view surrounds the entire bedroom.
The vast windows of ERMETIC Serramenti are the protagonists of this house, a fundamental characteristic also of the style of Antonio Guarneri who boasts of designing villas that have a very specific name, Ville di Luce.
In addition to taking advantage of natural lighting, the house features a well-finished lighting study, with LED inserts on the various decks of this ship.
Even the part of the cladding is of enormous importance in the project, such as the yellow stone and wood, which integrate and contextualize the place which is purely bucolic. Another color that outlines and gives character to the villa is the rust effect present on some facades, and which is also repeated inside the master bedroom bathroom. The guest bathroom, on the other hand, takes on another more minimal and simple style, with two perfectly balanced colours, gray and wood.
The splendid view from well over 25 meters of altitude difference from the road, taking advantage of the hilly terrain, is breathtaking, surrounded by oak trees and nature. Every panoramic point gives value to this house designed to appreciate the spaces and volumes designed for the well-being of those who live there.
