The only 2 Guide Books to anywhere that are not mainstream tourist tat are Rough Guides and Lonely Planet. Rough Guides does a separate guide to London. It is updated every few years. You'll find it cheapest on eBay or Amazon.

The juices I saw were a quid each. That's good value bearing in mind it's fresh and not the toxic sugary shit the corporates flog us.
