  • Jack Brennan, an ex-mobster, shares a powerful recovery message. He joined AA when AA was less than 15 years old.
Alrhough this recording is about freedom from alcoholism, its message is as relevant for sexaholics as it is fir alcoholics. Many sexually compulsive men and women have found relief and healing ("sexual sobriety") using the 12 Steps of A.A.
This youtube channel is not affiliated in any way with Sexaholics Anonymous or Alcoholics Anonymous.
No one person ever speaks for S.A. The principles of S.A. are found in their 12 steps and 12 traditions found at www.sa.org/twe...

      THE SECRET
      a poem by Ralph Cushman
I met God in the morning,
when my day was at its best.
And His Presence came like glory,
      a sunrise in my breast.
All day long His Presence lingered,
all day long He stayed with me…
And we sailed in perfect calmness,
      O’er a very troubled sea.
      Other ships were blown and battered;
      Other ships were sore distressed.
But the winds that seemed to drive them,
Brought to us such peace and rest.
Then I thought of other mornings,
With a keen remorse of mind.
When I too had loosed the moorings,
      with the Savior left behind.
So I think I know the secret,
learned from many a troubled way…
You must seek God in the morning,
if you want Him in the day
