    Great video! Very professional and well presented. I would love to see a video on how to strap this to a rear rack. A ten liter bag specifically designed for the rear rack would be perfect for shorter rides. Awesome products! Best!

    Saw this product and had to have one. When I put it on my bike, (Esmerelda) I could feel the passion that went into designing and building this. I LOVE THAT! A small company that gets it and doesn’t produce a product through a board room of cost and customer analysis, instead focusing on personal use features, durability and feedback from real ADV riders, no doubt developed on the adventure. BRAVO! This was my first MOSKO piece but not my last!

    I bought the Nomex a few weeks ago and have had the opportunity to use it on one overnight camping ride and a few local rides. Install on my Super Tenere was very easy and solid. This bag will stay on the bike for sure. This bag is not nearly as large as my Wolfman tank bag but it is definitely more organized. So- I have to choose between all the organization the Nomex provides or the super amount of room the Wolfman gives me. As to the hydration system- not nearly as accessible as my Camelbak. Also, like another reviewer noted in another video, the hose did drip and leak onto the rider. I’m going to keep using the Nomex to give it a fair opportunity to prove it’s worth to me. I’m missing my Wolfman though.

    I love my new Nomax but having had the original Nomad, I miss the bottom load of the hydration bladder. It had multiple functions. But I love how Mosko thinks of the "little things" that you don't even realize you need it until you need it.

    • @MoskoMoto
      @MoskoMoto  Před 3 lety +1

      Thanks for the feedback Jessica, first I've heard this comment actually. SO MANY people had issue with getting their hydration reservoir back into the bottom load sleeve - so many that I even made a funny little video demonstrating how easy it was haha 😂 Thanks for the continued support + yes, I agree, it's all of the little details that are such a joy to discover and then share with riding buddies. It really is the little stuff, huh? - Ash

    • @BenMargolin
      @BenMargolin Před 3 lety +1

      I can tell you a Nikon DX doesn't fit particularly well in it unfortunately -- it will, but BARELY, and you probably can't put water in the hydration pouch at the same time. A smaller (mirrorless mini camera like a Fuji X-T) would probably fit reasonably well. But a "pocketable" camera would really be ideal.

      i was worried and wondering how that bag would fit on a 790 Adventure. There's so little real estate between the handlebars and my crotch when i'm sitting on the 790. Do you find that you have to jam it all the way into the handlebars to make it fit?

    • @Braapncamp
      @Braapncamp Před 3 lety

      @@superflycatchermtb No i have room to the handlebar or steering head. I'm not bothered with it or feel like it interfere my riding either. To me it's spot on.

    I got a nomax back for my electric energica esseesse9+ RS that got adapted for a bit off road riding. However how do I connect the phone pocket to the bevertail?

    • @MoskoMoto

      There should be a removable Velcro patch on the back of the Navigator that you'll MOLLE to the beavertail of the Nomax.

    Hi, I have seen your gear among some friends and fellow youtubers but have yet to pull the trigger.
    I am finally in the market for a tank bag and came across this one.
    My only question is , do you make a version with magnets as opposed to the straps? I am not a fan. I like to get off quick and back on quick without having to fuss with buckels on long trips.

    • @MoskoMoto
      @MoskoMoto  Před 2 lety +1

      Hey! We don't offer a tank bag with a magnetic mounting system for a couple of reasons - we try to make our luggage as universal as possible - it's great to have a bag that we can take half-way around the world and mount to whatever rental bike happens to be available. Our universal harness is quick to disconnect from the bike (4 buckles), and what's left on the bike stays in place for riding without a tank bag. It's quick, robust, and universal. 🤘

  • @adventuristnw2321

    Nice bag, but it seems a little gimmicky with all the bits and pieces like the SIM card remover and emergency whistle. Certainly does not seem in line with what I have become to know Mosko to be. Why the Nomax name? Makes me think it is fireproof! lol. The rain cover with integrated pocket is a good idea, but Mosko knows how to make waterproof gear, why not make this great bag waterproof too without the hassle of the cover. With all that said, I may still get this bag. The integrated hydration pouch and backpack straps are great.

    • @MoskoMoto
      @MoskoMoto  Před rokem

      Hey Paul, we've never mounted the Nomax on top of the beavertail ourselves, but that doesn't mean it's not possible as long as you have it secured well.

      @MoskoMoto  Před rokem

      Hey Daniel! We use Hydrapak bladders in all of our hydration luggage. You might be able to find a 3L bladder that fits into the Nomax (you'll likely have to pack less in the other compartments). It's worth looking around if it's important to ya! Cheers!

    Umm, it is not “easy” to get the full hydration bladder in. It is manageable. You should have designed it so that the zipper on the left side went down as far as the one on the right side, then it would have been easier. I can’t think of a good reason, from a design perspective, to have the left zipper only going down about a 3rd of the way.

    • @MoskoMoto
      @MoskoMoto  Před rokem

      Hey Stephen! Man, sorry to hear you're having trouble inserting the hydration bladder into your Nomax. If your Nomax is packed pretty full our recommendation is to open up the main compartment to relieve some "pressure". It makes inserting a full hydration bladder easy peasy. Hope this helps!

  • @crazyivan0v
    @crazyivan0v Před 2 lety +1

    I’d much rather have a bag that can withstand a downpour. I just don’t get it what direction you’re going. MM products are pushed as hardcore yet this keeps coming in iterations of the same thing. Don’t need contacts holder. Don’t need a SIM card ejector. Don’t need a whistle. Practically everybody is selling tank bags designed to go through a downpour. Look, even Cahart sells rain proof gloves with a material sandwiched between the interior and exterior to repel rain. Not sure why something so simple as protection can’t be incorporated in a $200 plus product. Ditch the Starbucks novelty features and put out a Moab proof bag.

    • @MoskoMoto
      @MoskoMoto  Před 2 lety

      Hey! Appreciate the feedback. The Nomax is designed with hydration and organization at the forefront - and includes a waterproof cover for those rainy days. Our Hood tank bag is our waterproof option. 🤘

    • @calin.
      @calin. Před 2 lety

      @@MoskoMotoEveryone has their own opinions and preferences. Personally, I like the sim card remover - it is one of those things that if you don't have it when you need it, it might be a problem. I also like that you went with the rain cover and prioritized organization over waterproofness. Since this is also a backpack, not only a tank bag, I think this is very important, because I own various fully waterproof backpacks and there are always drawbacks with them. For example, try opening and closing a waterproof zipper when you need to get in or close it fast, on a motorcycle... Great product, keep it up! Btw, any chances I could get the WOODLAND color? On the website there's only the black color available. Thanks.

  • @sayuas4293
    @sayuas4293 Před 2 lety +1

    Damn, for that price, couldn't you guys have just made the material of the bag waterproof instead of needing to use a raincover? Not a very convenient design for that price.

    • @MoskoMoto
      @MoskoMoto  Před 2 lety

      In order to allow for all of the zippers and compartments, the Nomax is not waterproof, which is why it comes with a rain cover. Additionally, the Nomax is designed to hold a water bladder which would not make the tank bag waterproof if it was carrying water. Our Pico & Hood tank bags are completely waterproof.

    Yeah, you had me all the way up until you pulled out the rain cover. This is the perfect sunny day Starbucks poser tank bag. Seriously??? This bag won’t be worth the plastic that I used to pay for it after picking up a downed bike in a water crossing.
