Sorry that my answer is coming 10 months later. I'm not very eager youtuber. Now I have new machine for burning the logo, but my first one was self made using soldering iron and Proxxon drill rack. Now I'm using small manual hotstamp machine.
wow! awesome work! I really like the design and the wooden hinges ;) how do you make them? and how do you make it works as accurate? I'm Tring to make some wooden spectacles but it's really hard job..I won't give up!! I really appreciate any advice :) have a good day! kind regards Nadit
lenses are installed same way as for plastic frames. lenses have to be cut precisely and force needed for pushing lens to the frame can't be very strong. it needs a bit more strugle to get the lens to the frame, but my optometrist has done it for over 5 years now and she has aquired profesional skill of doing it.

If you want to try to make wooden frames by yourself then you should learn about wood bending by lamination method. There are also other ways, but my frames are made by lamination method.

Lense is not built in the frame. It is installed more or less like installing lenses into plastic frames.
is the lense built in the frame, i cannot figure out how it is hold in place?

What about the nose piece? You mean that there are no nosepads? There was no complaints from the clients, but newer models come with nosepads.
very nice eyewear but why all of them has no nosepad ?? it will not suit for people who has pug nose :)
