This is the only guitar I own that I wouldn't change a single thing about. The feel, playability, design, sound, and aesthetics are all just perfect.

I was always told that pine is not for guitar wood but some 25 years back I had for a while an old fender strat pine body the sound and the feel was unique 🎸
I like pine body~!
I really like the shape and finish of the body. I've heard that early Telecasters used pine, and now I think of it as an expensive guitar.

Hi Jon, from Australia. Love your channel! I was planning to try to build a Pine Body Tele, from the local hardware store but I might try an "Offset" Similar to this shape but slab. I have too many Tele shaped objects, 2 inexpensive but good & 3 Mexican made. All different. I've been wanting to install either 1 or 2 P90s (or both, if the 1st turns out ok) for years. I have a Red / Rosewood 2016 MX Mustang w P90s & an older Epi 56 Goldtop. ❤! If it turns out alright, I might try to copy a Gretsch double cut, M Young" shape (which I already own) or a double cut Gibson Special / Jnr.

Can you get your hands on the Nova Go. It would be great for the barn, My tube amp started a barnfire at my grandsons weddin. Should have known then the weddin wasn't going last. Here dress just kept gettin more and more soiled.

@@JonIsJustTooLoud in price yes, but I think a nick huber is better quality, Novos are good but very hyped, the Huber are more reasonable for what they can cost… and more high end

Temper is a very controlled & timed heating to change character of wood
It’s my opinion a guitar can be made out of any wood and made to sound good
