heads up! 331 Hemi First look under the heads

Continuing where we left off, day 21 of Operation Break Free we yank the 90 lb slabs off the 331 Gen1 Hemi, and get a close up look at the cylinders, what is moving, what is stuck, what is good and what is Yuck.
Pistons have been soaking 3 weeks in various concoctions, all the usual suspects, ATF, Acetone, And full Strength PB Blaster.

Should have just pulled the engine to begin with . but then again guess it dont matter less weight to lift.

@stewart4711 yes. At the time I was coming to that realization haha. Engine and trans together weigh almost 1100 lbs. Space for a picker is also a problem in the shop... episodes coming up that will cover that fun. Thanks for watching and the comment its appreciated
