No. 8 are missable, It wil disapear after the event.
For anyone having trouble with Spot 20, you have to actually make it out of the area after causing the avalanche for it to appear.

There are two that are permanently missable (until NG+ mode) if you don't get them in specific timeframes, that might be a good video.

You can stay on the bunny to inspect the Unique Spot, no need to dismount

I missed the old lighthouse, and now the city is destroyed i cant get that one... 😢
The good news is that the rewards for finding unique spots doesn't require all of them. Only 2 spots are missable and you can get the reward without them.
