I mean the yellow Golden frieza is good since it can counter ultra golden frieza but I guess since all the red units like super 17 are around it makes it hard to use it

In legends limited banners, if u get trunks or bardock u are guaranted to get the lf or the sparking, but, how u know if its the lf or the sparking?
In case of bardock, if bardock is tranformed in super saiyan, is the new lf, if he is not tranformed is the new sparking
For trunks, i think u need to look vegeta, if he is super saiyan blue, its the lf, if he is super saiyan, is the sparking

Sadly in trunks animation vegeta is always super and never blue, in any case if you get nimbus + trunks it can up the chances of it being the lf but its not always guaranteed
