Cats, beautiful by nature !!! So, why groom? 😍 Sometimes brushing is not enough and the cat does not always collaborate, after all we are talking about cats! Free by nature !!! Although they have their ritual of cleaning through licking, this is not always enough, they will soon have hair ball vomiting, right? So every now and then we need to give them a little help, this is where the grooming comes in, complete or just hygienic, super important for the health of these beauty! And as we are talking about cats, temperamental beings and that can get stressed when they are away from home, it is super cool that you have a PET SHOP where there is a space just for them, away from dogs and with trained professionals to take good care of these cute cats !

Are you serious? I have six little girls who were the exact same way. The youngest was three months old, and the oldest was two years old. And they were all the same way. It was so ridiculous that they even went out with us not just for walks, but even in the rain. They didn’t care. People who have cats that are all over the place, it’s because they don’t understand the personality of the cat. And they don’t pay attention to attack signals. Cats have signals. If you learn those signals you can easily Communicate with the cat.

you mean over groomed. ive had animals my whole life and have never and never will take them to a groomer. animals dont need grooming...its for the humans.
@@shadowsilverlight1651 don't forget humans can be over groomed too, the chemicals used in most shampoo and soap can over time cause massive skin problems leading to itchy red skin. I shower every 2 days, once. You can easily cause problems over grooming, like shaving your pubic area, it can actually cause a form of gangrene, people assume showering 2 times a day is good for you, not true at all! Biggest misconception.
Mine gets into a berserk mode when I groom him, I groom him with a soft comb once two weeks, since he spends a lot of time getting his fur on the soil and dirt.

@@shadowsilverlight1651 Thats not always true. sometimes they do need to be groomed. sometimes due to health, temperment, mental problems they may not be the best at grooming themselves. Or if they are a long haired cat/dog shedding season might be to much for them. Cannot also forget that if you rescue a cat from the street they could have stuff in their fur(chemicals, parasites like fleas and so forth) that need to be removed from them. Hell Age can make it hard for some to groom themselves.
I was genuinely surprised with how calm and relaxed the cat was during the water of all times. Not a single act of rebellion, just some meows. What a well mannered kitty
i think the grooming before the water made the cat relax and cooperate. he was even showing love to the groomer while being tended to. great job both of them ♥
Very true it could also be that this cat has seen this groomer many times showing there is a bond of trust between the two so the cat would know they are in a safe place regardless of what they know is coming

I’m guessing based off the thickness of the claws on that kitty that they are a senior. What a sweet and good-natured kitty. Reminds me of my recently-departed cat Rudy. He loved everyone and would put up with anything if it meant he got to spend time with a loving human.
The cataracts are also significant, he's an old boy for sure.
Not to mention how slowly and carefully he entered the carrier. Looked a little wobbly.

Awe, I heard a meow like that three weeks ago while I was dropping off a trailer.
I'm a truck driver and have already picked up a stray kitten last year and named her Brisket.
I just fed him some of her food and gave him water...and well ..now I got an ombre black kitty...he has the same fur texture and body build but his fur gradually goes red rusty black towards the back half and he is so gorgeous and such a ham and loves belly rubs and is a great companion to Brisket.
I named him Jinx.
I still need to get him to the vet cause I'm a trucker that's a bit hard but not impossible.
He was quite thin when I found him so I thought he was a kitten ..after lots of food and relaxing he's filled out and so handsome.
Good on you brother, I'm a trucker too and have been thinking of getting a companion for the road. Are the cats okay riding all the time between your sleeper berth and resets?

I prefer them over dogs because I don't have to get out of my truck to walk them.
I have a litterbox that's portable and covered on the passenger floor board. You'll still smell when they crap but the litter keeps the smell down. If you check my profile I have a video up for when I got my first kitty and I had no clue about pet ownership.
I had that box at the foot of my bed because she couldn't jump down to the floor just yet.
Not everyone's cup of tea, but it was worth it for me.
She liked jumping in my lap while I was driving and I've been driving 14 years so that stuff doesn't distract me too much.
Mostly they are both chilling in the back bunk and they sleep a lot.
When the sun goes down they get a bit active...they play with eachother and I throw their toys around a bit.
Never thought myself a cat person but they say the cat picks you and in my case this was quite true.
I'd say give it a try and if it doesn't work out for you just find them a good home ☺️
Anything is better than being a stray cat starving and getting messed up and sick out there and fending for your life.
My cats seem to appreciate their spoiled existence now ☺️

I rescued a black cat years ago who was just a baby. I gave him a bath in the sink and when he realized the hundreds of fleas were coming off of him and going down the drain he stopped fighting me and let me finish his bath.
It may seem cooperative but inside the cold rage of a predator is simmering, that person is doomed. (joking)
What a gorgeous miniature panther. I don't think his meow were in protesting initially just saying hello. Towards the end this baby just like ok see ya. Loved his mannerisms throughout the whole ordeal. Especially during shower time.

Ive had 2 all black cats in my life, Synder lived 17 years and Cody lived 14 years. I loved both them dearly and my heart was shattered when each passed. My Cody buddy would only drink water from the kitchen spigot, after he head butted it till it started to run, very special animal. Both guys were very big cats, Synder weighed in at 18 lbs abd Cody weighed in right at 20lbs, Neither were over weight, they were just Big Boys.

We were blessed to have been adopted by a greenhouse cat. Since he meowed like Spongebob's Gary, that's what we named him. We had him for 14 years.
We also were blessed with a black cat with a single white patch on her chest and amber eyes. She is a bit crazy but she is still very sweet and can be very nice.

Boar bristles - a bit shorter - that help remove shed fur really well.

I do liked black cats. The first cat that I really liked was a black cat. She was very sweet and friendly cat. It was during spring break 1979 when I was 8 years old. My family stayed at a KOA campground in Mississippi. There was 3 stray cats around the campground. She was one of them. She was so sweet and friendly towards us. She had kittens before we left to go back home. I wish that she could’ve gone home with us. I have petted a few black cats. They were so sweet and friendly for each one. I think they are good luck and very beautiful cats.

After she endured all of that you must give her a treat black cats are the best that’s a black Italian Bombay. They are the most wonderful cats ever. I had one for 16 years. I miss my son so much.❤
He was being so patient and very good with the bathing and the nail clipping. I broke down one day and I took one of my cats in the shower with me. Rudy (that's his name) actually sounded a bit like this black beauty. Rudy is a 10 pound bowling ball (he started getting chonky after he got neutered) and he's unable to groom himself properly. So, being the kind of fur mom to try and do the right thing, I bathed him in the shower. I'm glad that he didn't scratch the you know what out of me because I would've been bloody all over the dang place. I made sure to speak to him in a sweet calm voice and I gave him treats afterwards. Before I took him in the shower with me though, I had combed him out because he gets his fur all matted (I didn't want to get the razor) and he was a mess.
I just hope that you gave the little black beauty a few treats after his bath because he deserved them since he was a good baby and he cooperated very well.

That was a perfect soothing spa session for me! Between the music, the excellent groomer with the gentle, soothing hands and the calm kitty, I'm on my way back to sleep.
Same for me, I am also much calmer now and I was not even the client! 😂

I cried all the way through it. From 1979 until 2015 my wife and I always had black tomcats. We had Gary from 2001 until 2015. We haven't been adopted since and in 2020 all three of our pets died of old age. I hope that this fellow finds a good home.
