- A new and fun way to bake bread for beginners! I won't buy bread anymore, but will cook it myself - it's all the more easy!
This is the new perfect Honey Oatmeal Bread recipe, it's very easy to bake!
Easy and very tasty, you don't even need a bread maker! Bread in the oven is better than in the store! Can be cooked in a short time.
Such baking contains a minimum of the simplest ingredients and does not contain any chemicals.
Be sure to try this homemade bread at home - you will love it and bake it every day!
The main thing is to cook with joy and love!
Recipe for honey bread:
450 ml warm water.
1.5 teaspoons of salt.
1/4 teaspoon yeast.
1 tablespoon of honey.
Mix well.
3 cups white wheat flour (1 cup = 200 ml).
1 cup oatmeal.
Mix all ingredients well.
Just mix everything in a bowl.
Cover and let rise at room temperature for 8-12 hours.
I just left the dough on the kitchen table.
The dough has risen well.
Stir the dough.
I added a few more tablespoons of oatmeal.
Prepare a clean small bowl.
Grease a bowl with olive oil.
Put the dough in a bowl.
Cover and set in a warm place for 1 hour.
Preheat the pan in the oven at 230°C for 15 minutes.
Dust the dough with flour.
Pour the batter into the hot saucepan and cover with a lid.
Bake at 230°C for 30-40 minutes.
Let the bread cool completely.
Very nice and aromatic bread!

Ein wunderschönes Brot ich hab es gleich gebackenen...ein Tipp, mit etwas Balsamico Essig und etwas Kürbiskernöl, schmeckt es auch ganz gut ,,,und ein par Kürbiskerne und Sonnenblumen Kerne eine Stunde in warmes Wasser einlegen und dann dazu geben.....Danke dir für dein Rezept, und alles liebe...:)
Was Ich nicht verstehe ist das man salz und hefe zusammen mixt. Ich habe immer gedacht das darf nicht.
@@petieske17 frische Hefe soll nicht mit Salz in Berührung kommen

Pumpkin seeds get caught in my throat. We would bake them with butter & salt at Halloween. Sunflowers seeds are so delicious, especially when they're warm.

Excellent. I don't have the right kind of pot so after the rising period and mixing I just formed it into a loaf shape and put in on a cookie sheet, covered and let it rise for 45 minutes, then baked. It came out great and I will definitely make it often.

Hallo Heidi, ich habe diesen Topf auch nicht anstelle dessen habe ich ein Glas Topf aus borsalica. , das ist ein spezielles Glas für den Backofen geeignet. Und da drin Bett das Brot wunderbar. Ich kann mir auch vorstellen, dass du das ganze auch in einer Kuchenform in Klammern länglich Backen könntest, dann würde ich dieses mit Alufolie abdecken. Oder du packst den Teig einfach aufs Backblech, dann wird er zwar nicht groß sollte aber problemlos funktionieren. Das Brot ist umwerfend. Liebe Grüße Britta

Yesterday I tried this recipe and I have to thank you, because the bread is great. Outside crusty and inside smooth. I let the dough take a break for 1 hour and after kneading another 30 minutes before putting in the oven. The result is amazing!!!

@@petieske17 I proof in oven for close to 6-8 hours with light on. I only proof to double the size. It works for me.😊

das Salz und hefe beissen sich,salz muss man ganz zuletzt mit einmixen mit dem mehl ,versuch es mal,dann wird dein brot noch lockerer.

Loved the idea of baking this bread in a pan. I baked a similar recipe in an open pan and got a tough crust.
If your pan has no lid, you can cover with foil.
