I really like that your vintage style is really earthy and not costumey. So frequently you see it and it looks like the person is dressing up for Halloween. Like it’s great if they want to do that, but you show that vintage can look great, and not costumey.
Vicvic W i know, right? I always loved the costumey vintage style other people have, but felt that I could never pull that off! Then I found Rachel and fell in love with her style because it is gorgeous but like you said, it doesn't feel like she's going to a Halloween party all the time! I have now started wearing vintage style in a more everyday life appropriate style and I enjoy it so much! She's been such an inspiration

Any chance you'd ever consider doing a "how to find good vintage and/or vintage reproduction online" kind of video? Especially since I'm plus-size, I have a horrible time trying to navigate Etsy and online sellers like that. You have such a lovely style, and it seems like you consistently find gems - especially on Etsy!

I have to share...I watched this last night, but my internet kept freezing up so I could hear the video but not see it. As it played I kept seeing blank screen but still hear the lovely music and then I heard voices and realized it was out takes. I then heard a cow, it mooed and I thought...aww how cute they are shooting on a farm and the cow is saying hello....then this morning I rewatched. I am so sorry Rachel for the bee attack...omgosh. With the audio slowed, you sounded very much like a mooing cow. My bad. I totally am on board with that though, I myself would make sounds that only canines could detect for I am terrified of bees, especially in the face. Hugs to you dear.

Oh my goodness this is my favorite look book so far. I just went as rosie the riveter to a halloween party and I used my dad's leather flight jacket from the military and it reminds me so much of your amelia look. Also, those bloopers at the end are always the best part.

I really loved the puffed sleeve look and the one with the cloak! But all of them are great. Your video editing skills are totally max level. One of my favorite things about Savers or any thrift shop is that when you do find something vintage or that perfect piece, it is not only cheap but you get to leave with the satisfaction of finding a needle in a haystack.
