London 🇬🇧 Things to do, places to visit and where to stay!

Today, we will give you our best tips for visiting London.
🛏️ The no.1 tip we will give you is RESEARCH YOUR HOTEL!
Both of us have traveled a lot, and the thing we put a lot of research on is where we are going to stay. We like to open up Google Maps and find some tourist attractions that we want to see. Most of the time (definitely not always), there are more than one tourist attractions close to each other and can easily be accessed by a walk. This time, we were looking for a hotel close to some shopping places and close to some bus stops and a tram station. We found Bedford Corner Hotel that was newly renovated and had great reviews. Now, London being London, we knew we would either get a small room or a room without a window when booking a regular room in London. So we booked a superior room, and we were very happy with what we got. It was a bit smaller than superior rooms in other cities, but being London-standards, it was huge!
✍️ No. 2 tip is to plan ahead, but don’t plan too much.
We knew some of the places we wanted to visit and some things that we wanted to do, but we did not plan the whole trip. This allows us to always have a plan to go back to, but still being open enough to always have room for new plans. For us, this meant taking a trip to Madame Tussauds and taking a night bus ride, and also taking a trip to Westfield.
🍽️ No.3 tip is to see where you have convenient stores and restaurants close to the hotel
Now, we love food. We had 2 convenient stores close by and had planned a visit to an italian restaurant beforehand and also, once again, checking Google Maps to see where the closest restaurants and breakfast-places were. This made it so much easier to always know what options we had, and how long it would take us to get there (and thereby not get hangry 🤯).
