Intermediate Flag Choreography for Colorguard Students

Join me as I teach a mini virtual lesson for my high school students. Today we are learning two sets of 16 using intermediate skill sets.
The choreography is set to the song Maniac by Conan Gray, however due to copyright restrictions I cannot add the music to this video. Learn the choreography and then try it yourself to the song starting at the 0:29 second mark.

i would say this is more advanced beginner choreography as the only thing that is somewhat intermediate was the parallel (we call it a flat) toss. good for learning flow and control!
