- Our ship was detoured due to bad weather to Vigo, Spain. We walk through town and up the hill to Castelo do Castro.
Vigo is a city and municipality in the province of Pontevedra, within the autonomous community of Galicia, Spain.

Enjoyed your video! Thank you! I’m happy you enjoyed it. I’m from San Francisco and walk the same streets of Vigo at least once a year. I was dispatched there for a project in 2000 and fell in love with an Española. In 2005 we married, in Vigo, she moved to the States, and we spend as much time as we can visiting her family. I really enjoy walking the streets as it’s a serious walking city...as is most of Spain. We’ll retire there in the near future.

Thank you for your detailed video. I came to Vigo from Turkey for a couple day last year. Came to life in my mind again. I couldnt forget the sculpture which name is El Sireno. I saw it in night i was very frightening.

Hola ,soy de Vigo y mi casa está en la calle Pablo Morillo,en las Avenidas con el puerto,julio Verne,muy buena filmación del casco vello, ayuntamiento,la central de policía está en otra calle Lopez Mora eso es Tráfico,antiguamente la policia estaba al lado de casa,y la Alameda o plaza de compostela estaba Hacienda y todas las embajadas ,era el Centro de ka ciudad que se extiende hacia arriba calie Policarpo Sanz dónde están todos los Bancos, el teatro Garcia Barbón,calle Principe y Urzaiz los comercios,subiendo a plaza de España escultura de los caballos hecho por el padre de una amiga de mi hermana, seguís bajando por traviesas llegais a los institutos,luego a la finca de la Marquesa de Fenosa ,que es Castrelos,donde se dan conciertos,si continuais llegareis a las Playas ,hay mucho que patear,Vigo es la pequeña San Francisco ,si veis la ria desde el puente de Rande es igual peto nosotros tenemos bateas de mejillones,y las islas Cíes,preciosas,de aguas cristalinas peto heladas,en la playa de Patos se celebran campeonatos de surf de yodo el mundo,tenemos tambien en verano el marisquiño ,en las Avenidas del puertos son campeonatos mundiales de skateboard, bicicletas de montaña,baloncesto,degustacion de marisco,conciertos al aire libre....

We record about 95% GoPro cameras This video would’ve been made on a GoPro Hero 7. Of course, we now use 9’s & 10’s. GoPro just released the Hero 12. The rest of the time we use iPhones. Thank you for your comments and thank you for subscribing to our channel.

Para nada, mas feas son Ourense o el Ferrol, por no hablar de tantos pueblos horrorosos, destrozados por el feismo gallego y el desarrollismo mal entendido.
A mi me gusta como ciudad, sin duda la mas cosmopolita de Galicia y con diferencia, el no ser capital le imprime un caracter que no tienen las demás.

Para gustos se han hecho los colores,cada lugar del mundo tiene algo especial,diferente y no se puede obligar a que a todos nos guste está en su derecho🤗🇪🇸🍾💃💩
Vigo es la más hermosa con diferencia, eso no quita que cada una tenga su atractivo.
