1) What are the differences between Circularity & Circular runout?
2) What are the differences between Cylindricity & Total runout?

Same differences, the runouts can be seen as the addition of the form default and the position default :
Circular runout = circularity + concentricity
Total runout (direction must be perdicular to the axis) =cylindricity + coaxiality

For circularity no datum ref.is need
Whereas runout requires a datum reference.
Both measures a single element on the surface.
If both measures a whole element,it will be called as cylindricity and total runout respectively
